HOTEL SRR GRAND (Vandalur)

Not suitable for family, it's a business hotel; most rooms are split cots and don't have enough king size rooms.

My stay was average. The location is convenient and check-in was smooth, but a few things like room cleanliness and overall maintenance could be improved. It was okay for a short stay.

Received well. Rooms neat and clean. Good breakfast. Room seevice boys are goid working. Location is comfortably good to Kilambackam bus station.

average hotel - maybe for one night if we don't get a good hotel.. don't expect anything - too many restrictions without anything

The complementary breakfast is very limited to first come first basis and the outside ambiance is great sea side rooms are best rest ols styled only the bar and restaurant is modern

The room service was not upto the mark. I got caught up with food poisoning after having their milkshake,fried rice and dragon chicken. The bed was uneven and The switches weren’t working and when mentioned they requested to talk to house keeping which again very unreliable and cockroaches everywhere,housekeeping was not the best,ive seen better. The overall rating out of 5 would be 2. The food also wasn’t great,the staff at reception were very good and friendly but overall wont go for a second stay.

Pleasant stay but boring breakfast menu as it is same in my two days stay. Can improve in clean maintenance also.

Extra bed put was not comfortable Food was horrible The kettle used for boiling hot water was not cleaned & was foul smelling. Overall the stay was very bad

Well maintained good staff ,tasty breakfast access to hotel and bar in the same building ,laundry service also available,high quality service and staff is always just a call away

Hotel is good,but food and bar items are bit expensive . Regarding to the both rooms water is not draining properly .

Everything was good . The ac didn't have enough cooling . that's all.

One of the worst hotels ever. The hotel manager showed a bad attitude that I have never seen before. There is no GST bill, and they are not willing to provide one. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
