Hotel SRS Jade Empire Attibele - Hosur

Dirty room, rude staff. Extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour by staff even at the reception staff are taking in a rude way, while asking for cleaning the response is we do cleaning at morning only rest is your response.

Entrance wad not clear. Rooms are big and neat. Electrical items need maintenance. Hotel view is not visible to public

A lot of noise created by other guests. No action taken by hostel staff. The room was looking clean but there was a weird smell. It didn’t felt safe if you are with family.

It wasn't too good to stay.. The housekeeping guys were amazing..They had served us our expectations,But the lady receptionist wasn't that kind and she doesn't even know what hospitality is ?Tell her to behave well with guests and when she speaks she doesn't have a good smile on face..I would like to suggest to the owner of the SRS jade empire please serve mineral bottled water in the room everyday.. Because we are paying for a room everyday..2 days I had asked for a bottled mineral to the lady receptionist,but she made a bill and she behaved rudely

The rooms are very Good,neat and clean.. The location is also too good..But Behaviour of the lady receptionist isn't good and she doesn't want to explain,if there's a doubt

Receptionist very rude behavior. I stayed in the hotel wef 03.09.2025 to 08.09.2025 in delux room (one queen bad +single bad). further I booked for 08.09.2025 to 09.09.2025 Single bed. They didnot allow me to check-in on 08.09.2025, reason is that checkin time is 1 pm and checkout time is 11 am. so I have to wait for 2 hours outside room. Further I booked another hotel because my appointment with doctor was at 11.15 am. The booking was non refundable so I lost around 1500 rupees.

The Reception Manager is not well mannered. Once I forget to register a guest with them who has taken breakfast , I spent around 30000 rupees at the hotel but breakfast worth rs 300 make them such behaviour. Though I already paid the amount.

Everything is fine the food in breakfast is around 4/10 and from the hotel below is 8/10. Rooms in third floor are average and rooms on second floor are very good.

Was realloted a room in 2nd floor. First room was in 3rd floor wasn't good but later room was very good for the price. Food was decent. Overall was a good stay

TV cable not working after complaint they not ready to resolve, insufficient staff that’s why delay in service. Property location was good.

Room was good and spacious...washroom was clean with hot water available..food was good too with reasonable cost...flush was leaking but repaired instantly after complain...so service was good.

Little unclean environment. Food is average. Complementary breakfast is not that good

Not as shown in pictures. Ok ok stay. Hygiene and maintenance of the place needs to be improved a lot. Wont suggest to stay with family.

Property location is good and very convenient for local and outside bus and Food is very good and Rooms are spacious

It is a good, budget friendly place. What it lacks is provision of hot water for bathing, as bangalore is pleasantly cold. I had to use a kettle for same. Rest services are very very good

All are good, stuff behavior is very polite, and cooperative. Food is tasty and serves hot. I am staying for hospital visit, so it is very close to NHR hospital . I am pleased to b saty here.
