Hotel SS Royal

I recently had the pleasure of staying at ss royal and wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service provided during my visit. I would like to give special recognition to subhash, whose professionalism, attention to detail, and warm hospitality truly made my stay memorable. Subhash went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was comfortable and enjoyable. His proactive assistance and genuine care set a high standard for service, and i believe he is a tremendous asset to your team. Thank you once again for a wonderful experience. We stayed in this Hotel SS Royal for 2 days. It is around 650 m from golden temple and 500 m from jalianwala bagh. Both of which can be visited over foot. Only issue is with the narrow lanes where it is located due to which cars/taxis don't come in the lanes and we had to take an autorickshaw form sultanwind gate ( around 900m- 1km). The room in which we stayed was of decent size and had a functional AC and TV. Room service was also good.

I would say this Hotel SS Royal provides all the amenities we require indeed. My stay at this property was fantastic. The rooms were clean and cozy. The washroom was cleaner the expected. The staff were attentive & prompt and responsive to any requirement. I would recommend this property to everyone.

Very nice and welcoming staff. Lift is still not functioning, so need to use stairs for 2-3 floors. Location is close to the major attractions, but the road in the front is too narrow and congested for cars. They do not have an in-house restaurant, but they arrange in-room breakfast from outside.

Room is enough spacious for 2 people & clean. All the amenities work properly. staff behaviour is also very good, Hotel SS Royal is very near to the golden temple back gate (2 min walkable distance to golden temple). Highly recommended.

Hotel is very Clean and 2 mins walkin distance from the golden temple. Stay was extremely amazing and hospitality is upto the mark really appreciated the service by Subhas Singh who is very kind and professional and love to visit again.

Clean rooms and excellent staff. Very helpful support staff. Food served was great. Very near to Golden Temple.

The Hotel SS Royal staff was very welcoming, service was very prompt, one issue that we faced room was very small.

The Hotel SS Royal is very nice and the staff was excellent especially Mr. Subhash. The rooms were very good and the location was also good just two minutes away from the Golden Temple.
