Hotel SS Royal

I recently had the pleasure of staying at ss royal and wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service provided during my visit. I would like to give special recognition to subhash, whose professionalism, attention to detail, and warm hospitality truly made my stay memorable. Subhash went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was comfortable and enjoyable. His proactive assistance and genuine care set a high standard for service, and i believe he is a tremendous asset to your team. Thank you once again for a wonderful experience. The Hotel SS Royal was in a great location. Just 2 mins walking distance from the golden temple and 5 mins from jaliwanabag. I took four bedded family room which was spacious. Hot water was available 24 hours. No inhouse restaurant available however tea or maggie was available. Outside food allowed like zomato order. Need to mention about Hotel SS Royal service boy subhash singh, he was exceptional in his service. He was prompt, always smiling and tried to serve the best he can.

Best hospitality, very friendly and very polite nature. Very close to harminder sahib gurudwara and baba attal ji gurudwara sahib. Clean and very specious. I wish to recommend and when i will travel again i hope and wish to stay there if possible.

Room is enough spacious for 2 people & clean. All the amenities work properly. staff behaviour is also very good, Hotel SS Royal is very near to the golden temple back gate (2 min walkable distance to golden temple). Highly recommended.

Hotel is very Clean and 2 mins walkin distance from the golden temple. Stay was extremely amazing and hospitality is upto the mark really appreciated the service by Subhas Singh who is very kind and professional and love to visit again.

The Hotel SS Royal is very nice and the staff was excellent especially Mr. Subhash. The rooms were very good and the location was also good just two minutes away from the Golden Temple.

Room was cleaned but small and no any view and no lift in this property, breakfast was good but no inhouse restorent

Overall Hotel SS Royal is good but which amenities show on mmt out of them 1-2 amenities are missing like electric cattle not available in room.
