Hotel Star view'5 Min from New Delhi Railway Station

Everything was good except there were lots of cockroaches.. when I inquired about the problem they said that because of the renovation they couldn't help much..

I have booked 3 rooms all rooms are not good structure vise and no extra bed but The hotel staff member was good and helpful . Food options are limited and location vise is good . I have booked 3 rooms for 10 persons but all are not able to stay properly The space was small

find bedbugs on bed and couldn't sleep well but the location is good and service litlle compromise service is good

AC room but AC not working staff very rudely behaviour and service room not cleaned and very damaged and in the room mosquito and cockroach spiders

The service of the hotel was very poor the food served in dirty plates and also the rice was looking of 2 day old , also the bedding was not proper cleaned

kamre ki lights proper on nahin Hoti. room ki deewar mein bahut gandgi hai thuka hua Hai diwal per. bathroom had Se jyada ganda aur tuta futa hai aur garam Pani Bhi nahin aata Hai Peshawar work nahin karta toilet seat bhi bahut Ganda tha.

there are cockroaches in the room. they started ac after 7 times i called on reception. they switched off ac in the morning. no drinking water was available in the room. no hot water in the bathroom. tv was working. bed was good. room was very small but ok. bad room service. staff behavior was ok. very upset by their fan and ac.

This area is conjested rooms cleness and room service are bad no attendent on floor Hot water supply not done in two days stay interior of room is horribal. Due to pach up work light buttens Are in broken condition lotmore complaints

Free me b hi mat rukna delhi ka sabse ghatiya hotel hai problem padhiye 1)bedsheet per sperm ke dag lekin complaint karne per bol raha ki ye to normal hai 2) ac work nhi kart e ek b hi room ke auro ye b hi normal hai, isper main e refund maaga to kaha ac nhi kaam kart e 3) water bottle tak free nahi hai yaha water bottle ek di. Uske b hi 30 rs maag liye check out per 4) staff badtamiz hai bilkul 5)garm pani nahi aata yaha, subah 6 baje mai thande pani se nah a ke nikla 6) jet spray me pani ka flow itna kama hai ki aapko hath ka use karna padega tab jaake dhul paoge worst hotel to stay

Its just like a common cheap hotel. Located in a busy street and hard to find the hotel location given in mm t is wrong. Main good thing is located 1km from ndls platfrom 1side. Rooms are old lac of maintenance everywhere. Bathroom not cleaned. But like for 1day one can stay if one can adjust to stay near station.

Room are clean & location is near metro, food is good, staff are humble. Water supply are regular.
