The bedding was not clean. Ceiling fan made noise whole night.

Staffs are cooperative but amenities are very limited,rooms are very congested than photos,ventilation is not there,landline not working,no cupboard is there to put your luggage but they are allocating room for three people but space were for only two people,they have mentioned king size bed but actually the bed is of queen size. Wifi inernet most of the time not available.

Everything was perfect — from check-in to checkout. The hotel staff was polite, food was delicious, and the room was neat and cozy. Truly an excellent stay experience through MakeMyTrip!

Good stay! The room was clean and had all the basic stuff — kettle with tea/coffee, clean bathroom with towel, shampoo, shower gel, and hot water. Overall, a nice experience. The only downside is that it’s in a crowded area near the New Delhi Railway Station.

Any tourists can stay very peaceful and have good staff.

The AC was switched off after 9 am citing indirect booking by booking .com as a reason as they have to pay heavy commissions- Could not accommodate late check out by an hour although the check in was after 4 pm Very poor service and behaviour
