The room's entire floor was wet. I suspect the toilet was leaking, And there was no cooling in the air conditioning at all during the night and food very bad

Stay is absolutely great with good ambience and hospitality. The only issue is they dont have proper parking facility

It was descent. I hadn't opted for food so i don't know about that. Location was a prime thing for me. Near to busstand and walkable distance to many shops and restaurant were advantage. The staffs were polite more than what i expected. Only things which felt a demerits would be elevator and a smell, maybe it was just my room-i didn't like that.

The stay was comfortable , offers ease of access to near by malls and good restaurants .complimentary breakfast is ok, needs improvement so as to serve hot food in the morning. budget friendly.

very bad experience. Room was not cleaned properly the blankets were so dusty and not washed well looks like its too old. wifi was too slow. breakfast was ridiculous. just a small area with only 4 pax tables no table for 2 pax . very less option of food. Front office staff was rude and unprofessional. Train the staff how to communicate with the guest. we requested for water and it didn't came. power issue was also there inbetween. AC was not working properly. Fan was too speed and not able to adjust. Not at all recommended hotel and literally a waste of money.

the stay was very peaceful and never noisy even though it was at the heart of the beautiful city .. location is very striking right in the center of the mavoor road . I was enjoying the food from several famous hotels nearby so never got a chance to enjoy the hotel dining .amenities were not bad and 24 hrs hot water was available as it was pouring monsoon day and night ..

Well cleaned and good staff behaviour First of all, I want to say that the hotel reception stand the steps where a really good behaviour and also the room was well cleaned and maintained. One thing I want to say that their bathroom is little bit unconditional so that's only in my concern and the location is very good. It's in Kozhikode town itself and overall, I think me and my girlfriend very well satisfied for this hotel. Thank you. Thank you so much, guys.

The room had very bad smell and itdusty. Needs lots of improvement. We have seen Cockroaches in the room

Rooms were very unhygenic, Bed was not good and had severe backache . headboard had lot of small insects.. totally a very disastrous experience. had vacate room very next day .please don’t recommend to any others
