Hotel Stendel

Location wise Hotel Stendel position is excellent. You donot need to go to market for b/fast, lunch or dinner as Food quality is very good and reasonable rate and above all stay here is value for money. Staff of the Hotel Stendel is helpful and behavior is good. As per the information by Hotel Stendel manager, I would suggest to improve the electricity facility because elec supply only available in nubra valley form 4 / 5 pm to 11 pm only. View from the Hotel Stendel room is enjoyable. Hot water supply is available but it should be for 24hrs. While going to nubra valley one should take photo id card. If you want to enjoy your days at nubra valley then one day stay at nubra valley is must. We have enjoyed at lot here.

We reached really late at night after a whole day ride. They had kept the room ready for us. We also wanted two more rooms for our friends, but since the Hotel Stendel was full, a person from the Hotel Stendel was with our friends till they got a room somewhere else. The food was nice and reasonable. The Hotel Stendel was clean and hospitable.

This is a very pretty property in Diskit, Nubra Valley. The Hotel Stendel had a beautiful garden area with full of apricot trees. The room was nice and clean. Hotel staff was very well behaved and helpful. Food was also good. Would surely recommend this Hotel Stendel for anybody travelling to Diskit.

In Nubra valley you will not expect a Hotel Stendel with heavenly standards. Food was totally awesome. Worth for money spent. Staff were humble. They don't bother you for tips. It is up to you. Serine location will occupy your thoughts for ever. True 5 star rated Hotel Stendel.

A good Hotel Stendel on the lap of nature. Near Diskit hospital. Rooms are reasonably good in size. Bathroom is OK. Food spread is average. However, it's OK considering remoteness of the area. Market is nearby. Hunder is around 8 km from here. Overall a good stay for 1-2 days.

Room was nice.. Location was also good, food was superb as there were limited options available. Very near to diskit monastery.. Very near to hospital and hunder sand dunes are 15 min from Hotel Stendel. Electricity only from 7-11pm as there is shortage in Nubra.

Rooms are big and beds are good and comfortable. Location is very good. View from this Hotel Stendel is awesome. All shops for general things are near by. Market is at only 10 mins walking. They provide all breakfast, lunch and dinner facility.

Stendel is a wonderful Hotel Stendel at nubra Valley. The Hotel Stendel is well maintained with good space for parking. It is inside the town and provide electricity for few hours which is a luxury in nubra. Staff are very helpful and stay was pleasant.

Overall good. Staffs were very good. Good service. Only power supply issue was there which is common in Nubra.

A must stay if one visits diskit. Very beautiful location.
Everything was fine even the staff were very cooperative.

The rooms are nice and facilities are nice. The Meals were good and overall experience was very nice. Only there should be some heating arrangements in the rooms. The locations was not so good but the experience was nice due to facilities offered by owner.

Perfect place to stay in diskit. It is well-connected and the rooms are spacious. The food is great and overall, is a very nice stay. The Wi-Fi was very helpful as no phone connectivity in most parts of Ladakh.

The room is beautiful, the staff are cordial and warm. But the staff didn't check for our ID proof or take photocopies of the same even after our insisting for it. Being very close to the border, this is not expected.
