Hotel Strawberry Grand

I and my wife stayed in classic double room in the Hotel Strawberry Grand for one day on 18th jean 2025. The room and facilities were good, but the sevice was pathetic. I had to call the reception repeatedly to get the tv properly tuned, even then i could not get my favorite malayalam channels. Only one set of toiletries, and one tea cup was provided for two of us. When i asked for one more tea cup for my wife, the boy said there are no spare cups. There were no adequate number of tea baga, and milk powder also. There was no door mat before the toilet, making the room floor wet each time we get out of bath room. I must say, the merits of facilities were nullified by bad service.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was kind and polite. We forgot to bring an umbrella, they offered it without even asking. They reached out to me on WhatsApp 2-3 days before my stay. This helped me get in touch with them early and clarify how to reach Rameshwaram from Mandapam given that our train terminated at Mandapam instead of Rameshwaram.

We stayed in this Hotel Strawberry Grand on 7-8th feb. '25 during our trip to rameshwaram for annual rituals of our mother. We were 9 members. The rooms were good. And the hospitality was excellent. They gave proper guidence as to how to go about for temple trip. Over all good stay and value for money.

Very pleasant stay. Property is close to temple. Very clean property and cooperative staff. Olny downside is they dont have kitchen so have to go out for food. There is a restaurant named ashoka nearby. Good food there with north indian options. Will highly recommend this property.

Excellent room service. Friendly approach & care take. It is like we are in our home atmosphere. Good staffs & also management. This is our 3rd stay at this stay. Every time we got same experience. Nice Hotel Strawberry Grand to stay with family. Tku

Good Hotel Strawberry Grand, room was neat, essentials were provided. Overall good stay. Parking area was small. There was a dormitory for drivers which was a proactive step from the Hotel Strawberry Grand

Location is aprocheval to temple as well see.,food as pr choice available.srvices is up to mark.......

The stay was quite good. Room is a bit small and the fragrance of the cleaner used for cleaning the toilet was too heavy. It would be nice if the cleaning agent can be changed.

1. 1. This Hotel Strawberry Grand was not good. We had called a day before checkin for early checkin even when rooms were available they said no to early checkin. Which was in a way rude.

Good stay with family also maintained cleaning. Near temple also availability of transportation to visit sight scene.

Hotel staff baht achha hai management bhi achha hai family ke lye bhi achha hai but ak request hai ki check in time flexible ho jay e to baht achha hai. Thanks make my trip

Rooms was neat though not large. Location was near to the temple at walkable distance. Also very near to the ghat. Overall good experience

Place was clean, friendly staff, walkable distance to temple. Felt price was little high though, food options were not nearby.

good place to stay. property is exact opposite to government car parkings which is added advantage. rooms are clean and staffs are supportive. overall a good stay
