coupleHotel was empty. Room and bed were in poor condition. For four days no one changed bath towels, bedsheets nor bed pillows. Room had small inspects and cockroach too. Staff had only 3 kids. For half price what i paid for this hotel there are better hotels at nathdwara. Please don't offer such hotels in future

Not so good. Hotel staff not coopative. Hotel staff have communication gap between themselves. They accepted my booking and did not inform the staff. I face problem on ckek in date i reached late night at 1 am and was alone they gave another room which was far from my relatives. I will not suggest this hotel in future

Most terrible hotel, extremely dirty right from washrooms, to mattress and rooms, might not have been cleaned from days altogether. Poorly managed place. Thankfully we were only there for one night.

Total room booked on line with two different ids. Issue faced with id of 02 rooms i.e Booking was for 3 adults and facilitated only one double bed for 2 adults. After lot of discussion one extra bed was provided.
Issue faced I have booked room for 3 adults, 2 Deluxe A/C rooms. In actual I got 2 Deluxe A/C rooms with single double bed. After lot of discussion, I have provided one extra bed in the room. I have been told to complain to make my trip not to them.
