Clean and great staff

The rooms are large enough to accommodate 4 people in the family room. There are 2 separate king size bedrooms. It’s neat and clean. It’s bit far off from the main town so need a car to travel. The main disappointment was the food. We ordered for the dinner at 6.30 pm thinking it would be ready by 8 pm as their main focus is serving buffet which is significantly expensive. Inspite of ordering food early it was served only by 8.45 pm. I think there is a need to improve food quality and service a bit. Otherwise the overall stay was good.

The property is good, has sufficient parking, food is good , good location if you are taking Aero helicopter for Kedarnath. rooms are good

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sudesh Ganga at Kedarnath The hotel offers a great blend of comfort, cleanliness, and professional service. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the staff was warm and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the modern amenities one would expect. The bed was comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping everything neat and tidy. Both the breakfast buffet and in-room dining were impressive, with a wide variety of options and excellent taste. The hotel’s location is also convenient, with easy access to key parts of the city, and the overall ambience felt upscale yet relaxed.

Perfect Gateway for kedarnath ji yatra. Newly built property with Lift facility

Property is located far from parking and staff charged for dropping and pick up and we are 15 mins late for breakfast and they denied to give us breakfast facility. Food is not so good not bad and services are very bad And the staff is very rude and non cooperated. Finally the hotel is not good to stay and specially when you are with family.

I booked this property on makemytrip based on the listing that clearly mentioned its location as kedarnath. However, upon reaching, i was shocked to discover that the property is actually located in sonprayag, which is significantly far from kedarnath and not suitable for my intended stay. This misleading information by the property owner caused me to book under false assumptions, and as a result, i was unable to check in. This has not only caused me financial loss but also considerable inconvenience during my trip. I request an immediate full refund of my booking amount. If the matter is not resolved promptly, i will be left with no option but to pursue legal action for misrepresentation and deficiency in service.

My stay in Hotel Sudesh Ganga was very good. Location is outstanding and rooms were very hygiene. Staff was cooperative and ready to serve with smile. They provide me every support which I needed as outsider.

Highest view in the city but very difficult to reach. Lacks hospitality but the rooms are good and the property is newly built. Not a lot of food options.
