The hotel has excellent food service and great rooms for a reasonable price. I like how the reception is very friendly towards its coustomers

Very good hotel and staffs are very nice

There was no electricity in hotel. They charged me 1500 rupees which provided me with no water, no electricity, poor food and poor room service. Never gonna visit again. It was my worst experience ever.

It was nice pleasure to stay there. We had visited for the first time to this hotel. The staff was very nice.

It was horrible they handed over a used room with dirty wash room, water they gave it was open sealed bottle even used soap, pillows room was not handed over on time as it was booked in advance

Room was very small and mosquitos were everywhere. Even the room key was not available. Hotel was using same room key for multiple rooms. In this price we can find better options in chandigarh.

Decent budget hotel. Quick 1-2 nights kind. Very basic. Staff hospitable and warm. Good parking.

Servicing is good but rooms and washrooms dirty

Room was dirty and dusty, it was confirmed booking from 12 pm and we reached at 6:30, but room was not ready, waited for half an hour in other room, then we got the room, and it was not cleaned, in drawer empty bottle of whiskey and glasses were lying, bathroom was stinking, again took 15 minutes to clean, then in night 10 to 15 insects were flying then we again complained and the guy changed the room, it is really shocking experience

Reachable from every point. Staff and service was OK sort of. Room size was too small.

We booked 2 rooms through MakeMyTrip. We arrived late in the evening. The hotel has no lift. In one of the room - telephone line, TV, AC, Fan regulators were not working. Other room didn't have bucket in the bathroom, AC din't have remote & also had no switch to even switch on off the AC. Hot water comes only in morning. That too in installments. Water was brownish. Additional mattress was so dirty with big holes. Food ordered took 45 minutes but also came up with only 50% of the ordered items, as others were not available. Morning ordered tea coffee were Cold. MakeMyTrip has no overlook of the facilities offered by the hotel. My opinion, MMT can be utilised as only search engine for booking hotels. Rather we found rooms booked via OYO ensures cleanliness & proper service of the hotel.

Hotel is too good and facilities is also good. I love the hotel's room, location, services, food & drinks. They provide good services for all things. Surely next weekend I will go this hotel and stay 4 to 5 days.

At very outer area. Hotel also not so good. There are many other resorts which is very nice. Don't go for it. Not value for money. Pool was having no water. Room service was not good and rooms were not good.

No Water to flush in washroom. Fan was not working properly AC was useless, no chill and swimming pool is good but dangerous due to slopes. Bath water is very muddy, you can't even bath. Rates of foods are too high but food is tasty. Indoor games are there they are good and view from hotel is good.

Hotel Greenland is a beautiful place. I enjoyed alot. The service were good. Food was tasty. Swimming pool is good and well maintained. Staff were supportive. Its a calm and cool place for relaxation. The manager is very cooperative. Over all it is best place for the enjoyment.

It was a great experience. The location of hotel was very perfect for a trip to Lonavala and Khandala. There was a very good view from the hotel room and food was awesome which we provided. Overall, my experience was very good.

Very bad hotel. Bad breakfast, bad room service and they did not clean the room when we went outside. The AC was very noisy, sound was coming whole night and it was not remote operated. They told me it is directly operated from reception. Very bad experience first time through make my trip.
