The honour of this hotel has very good behaviour and the best location, if you ever plan a tour to Dalhousie then do visit this hotel.

Sound of top terrace &outside traffic sound very high, disturbed it, not property sleep for two nights

The amenities at hotel was not good. Like no proper geyser and no heater available.

Geaser was not working properly. Doors windows latch not locking. Power failure, water shortage. Cleaning mop not proper. Gap between wndow &door

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome and introduced to several staff within the hotel. From then onward s the experience of our trip just got better and better. The all inclusive food was amazing and they provided us with an extensive choice of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Further to this the hotel offer a wide variety of water activities from snorkel-ling to kite surfing. Day or night there is always something for guests to do. Whilst this may be a 4 star hotel on paper, in my eyes the service and hospitality we received definitely make it a 5 star hotel. Would thoroughly recommend this to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in mauritius

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food is hygienic and delicious. Cleanliness is well maintained. It's very safe. People managing are very courteous, friendly and helpful. Manager also helps, guides and makes arrangements for sight seeing in budget. Overall, it's a perfect place to stay in banikhet or dalhousie

Food was OK. Owner was OK. Rooms are in basement. Not really good but yes good. If you are looking for an average hotel, this is recommended. Deluxe rooms were good but semi deluxe and standard were just fine. Location on main road makes it easier.
