soloThe room was okay, suitable only for 01 day stay. Not for long stay and family stay. Morning no hot water. Staff is good. Breakfast only after 8:30 am so no idea about food, quality of food and quantity. Ac was working good but old one with so need to switch off in the middle of night. Near to station. Don't have their own kitchen so need to go out for food.

Dont book this hotel without room check and check other conditions

Ac cooling is not ok. Water bottle chargeable. Smelling in room normal fix punjabi thali is 240-rs. Some good rooms are available. Breakfast timing are 8 to 10 am i said hotel incharge for given breakfast early so he said other employee is coming at 8am to not possible. Rudely behaviour.

businessI booked deluxe. but they give for single bed I ask him I booked deluxe after they say no room..all room is full..they told me tomorrow I will give you deluxe room.. next date they provided deluxe room but room is very durty..I saw in bathroom 🐜 🪳. bed seat very durty.

Non hygiene and over charged

I have booked this hotel at cost and when checked in found non hygiene bed sheet, curtains, washrooms and very small room with lot of bad smell. This is the first time i had experience while booking. Very pathetic and terrible night i had spent.

Hotel location is good, stafg is very supportive and good. Hotel building and infrastructure is also good rooms are clean amd maintained except the bathrooms. Bathroom were not maintained and cleaned. Taps were leaked. Some rooms 108 ac doesnt work properly.

1. No hygiene2. All service boy is in very bad and smelly dress. 3. Leakage in room walls. Room. 4. No basic service like hot drinking water. 5. First time in last 10 years. I booked with breakfast package, thinking that there are breakfast area, but what a joke only kuchen is there which very very unhygienic. They serve only poha or up-ma, bread butter n tea. 6. Very delay service. 7. Most of the time no body pick up service nos call.

Hotel was good. Parking was not proper. Food was good. As we order dal khichdi and sandwich only but it was very tasty. Staff was cooperative. Room was not clean properly as here are cigarette buds and ash were there. No hot water facility we received. But we didn't complaint as it was already hot outside. Yesafter 3pm kitchen was closed. So we didn't get anything to eat. Even no regular water or bottle of mineral water kept in the room.
