Stay was very good and the staff was very courteous and good was excellent and location of property was easily accessible

It's one of the old Hotel at Belpahar zone. Big in space for Party , Function with Banquet Hall . But hotel and rooms are not maintained properly. Room size is spacious but basic amenities are missing in rooms & washroom. Rooms having bad odour. Food not at all tasty . Stuff behaviour very good . Frequently power cut issue and power Restoration some times taking time. It may possible you will stuck at Lift due to this power cut . Parking space & Swimming pool available. Location very good - Center of Belpahar. One more point - Very limited and repetitive boaring Buffet breakfast everyday.

I found that there is a leakage from ac where water comes out and wet my bed. There were mosquitoes in my room. I have also found that food quality n preparation is not up to the mark.

Nice place to stay. They offer complementary drop and pick-up to tr l plant. Breakfast was good. Not a very wide spread but it was fresh, warm and healthy. Rooms are large, all facilities included, the only down side is possibly a small tv (30)for the size of the room. The bed was soft (not something advisable for a person with a spine surgery as in my case) but they were very polite in informing of their inability to provide a stiffer bed mattress. The food was good in the restaurant. The cost is not exorbitant. Overall a very good place to stay.

There are problems in bathroom and cleaning was not doing properly.

The rooms are pathetic and you can find lizards and other pests in room. Not worth

Room service food was great and staff fl was timely and responsive to queries.
Wedding with full large scale music playing going on till 2 am on a normal working day. Guests should be informed in advance or compensated when their sleep is disturbed by such nuisance.

It's good location to visit for business trips to visit nearby plants in time and vice versa it is 15 km to Jharsuguda Airport. So onward and upward mobility will be on time.

This is the only decent Hotel in Town. The staff are very nice. The room can be cleaner.

The only option to stay in Belpahar when you are on visit to TRL Krosaki. Took presidential suite. Old room, though spacious. Nothing special. Feels like a 1990s room which is not renovated.

Good to stay for business travelers

Its a good Hotel but electricity ups and downs frequently. Staff R cooperative but food is average only.

The Hotel is located in nice place, easily accessible. Good for people having work in OPGC, TRL, etc. Nice rooms, well ventilated. The service needs to improve a lot.

No power backup. Lot of mosquitoes. Couldn't sleep. Terrible sleepless night

All staff is untrained and not proper ans and very bed behavior so no one stay in this Hotel
