I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the fantastic experience my family and i had during our recent stay at sungava resort. From the moment we arrived, the exceptional service and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. The property, though rated as a 3-star, surpassed our expectations and provided a level of service that one would typically associate with a 5-star HOTEL SUNGAVA (HOTEL AND SPA). The spacious and hygienic rooms, complete with all amenities, offered a comfortable retreat. The breathtaking valley view, including a glimpse of the gangtok ropeway from our room balcony, added a serene touch to our stay. The interior design of the rooms was not only beautiful but also complemented by the comfort of the beds and sofas. The international standard bathrooms and the daily tea and coffee refills were a thoughtful touch that did not go unnoticed. A special commendation goes to the manager and staff, who were unfailingly helpful and cooperative throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcome and taken care of. The culinary experience at sungava resort was a highlight of our stay. The variety and quality of the breakfast, lunch, and dinner options exceeded our expectations. Having explored numerous HOTEL SUNGAVA (HOTEL AND SPA)s in gangtok, we can confidently say that sungava resort stands out as the best in terms of food quality and selection. The little garden/play area was a delightful spot, and our daughter thoroughly enjoyed her time there. Additionally, the availability of a diverse selection of good books provided a perfect way to unwind and relax. Lastly, the convenient access to mg road via the upper sichey road, with frequent and affordable cab services, made our exploration of gangtok hassle-free. In conclusion, we would like to express our gratitude for the exceptional experience at sungava resort. We are already looking forward to returning next year and sincerely hope that the high standards of service and hospitality are maintained. The HOTEL SUNGAVA (HOTEL AND SPA) location was difficult to trace thru google maps as our different phones showed different locations, but HOTEL SUNGAVA (HOTEL AND SPA) staff were cooperative to guide the driver. Hotel ambience was so good and we got a room facing the mountain view. Room was so spacious for 3 of us (2a, 1c) and bed was also large. There was hot water always when needed. Breakfast was also delicious with one special variety each day. We stayed for 3 days and enjoyed our stay in this HOTEL SUNGAVA (HOTEL AND SPA). The restaurant staff were very pleasant in serving us what we asked for. Staff didn't clean our room after putting the clean my room card, so may be they can improve there, overall our stay was wonderful.

10(star) out of 5. I stayed there. It was like a dream. I will remember a long time of their co operative, polite staffs. Welcome smile of liza taming in the reception one can never forget. Foods were superb with the magical touch of the chef. I have never seen a polite resort owner like mr s. Gurung. Rooms were so clean, washrooms were very much hygienic, ambience were very pretty just like taj group of HOTEL SUNGAVA (HOTEL AND SPA)s. Location 1. 5 km from crowdy mg marg. Don't worry taxies are available rs 20 per head. Dining hall was superb with a yam-my breakfast for a person anywhere from india. Best of luck to sungava resort with entire team management. I highly recommend this property for a superb sikkim visit.

We had a stay of 3 nights here , one of the best HOTEL SUNGAVA (HOTEL AND SPA)s in Gangtok, The HOTEL SUNGAVA (HOTEL AND SPA)'s staff behaviour is really good and i appreciate all of them . The food was really amazing , filled with all the flavours and love , i will definitely recommend my friends and family to stay here whenever they visit Gangtok.we had a early morning checkout at 6:00 AM so they packed some delicious sandwiches and fruits for us Thank you Sungava team we loved our stay at your HOTEL SUNGAVA (HOTEL AND SPA). will definitely visit soon . 😊❤️

Sungava resort is one of the finest properties in affordable range. The property is very well maintained, can be located easily. Our room overlooked the entire city of gangtok amd till the valley where you can see rani river flow. The staff is courteous and very helpful. The food is quite nice, but i would like to make special mention of their local dish called ema datshi, that's a must try. I highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay in sungava. They have spacious room. Room should have either ac or two fans. Staff members are very humble and polite. Many thanks to mr badal (manager) for all the help and arranging cabs and planning my sight seeing. One suggestion, since resort is approx 2km far from mg road, pick and drop facility would be very helpful for tourists. Variety could be added in food options.

hey it was wonder full experience to stay at sungava resort gangtok, room was very nice and comfortable. also the staff of the resort is very prompt and had given very good services to us. overall our experience is excellent at sungava resort gangtok. we would definitely want to come again here for our next trip. all resort facility and rooms and food is excellent....!!! 😇

We stayed recently from 23 to 26 feb at this property. The location is excellent as well as the whole staff was very courteous and helpful. Specially ms. Liza, the manager was always at service. Either it's the matter of booking the vehicle or the matter of food at wrong time. Really loved the place and their hospitality. Highly recommendable property

They didn't provided all the amenities which they written, but the place is neat and clean. Food they offered was good. Behavior of the staff is gentle. View from the room is also good.

It is a new property. Family room are large enough to accommodate 3 people comfortably. Excellent staff. They are very caring and go over and beyond to make you comfortable. Food is too good. Areas of improvement: all the consumables in the room have to be based on number of pax. Room to sppwd up the service (may be increase the no of people.

Sungava resort. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the views were breathtaking. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway
