Hotel SunGrace

Location of the property is around 4 km away from the library chowk on kempty fall road. The location is their usp, views from this Hotel SunGrace is what you go to mussoorie for. Apart from this they provide 1 pick and drop facility every day which solves the problem of being distant from main city. However, pick up is till 8:30 pm so we had to take cab from library chowk which costs rs 200 as we were late. No complaints regarding hygiene and cleanliness. You need to sanitize your hands as soon as you enter into the reception area. All the places including rooms, lobby, alley, dining area, terrace were very clean. We stayed in deluxe room which was spacious and had all facilities like electric kettle, tea/coffee kit, dental kit, electric heater, tv with all major channels, hair dryer, etc. Safety was fine, there was someone at reception all the time. Special thanks to mr. Manoj negi and the helpful staff of the Hotel SunGrace. Mr. Negi also helped us with tour packages and booking the cab. Kempty fall is just 10 km away and company garden is hardly 4 km away from the Hotel SunGrace.

What i loved: vibe of the common areas (garden, swings, benches, scenic views, location (10 minutes drive from mall road, free pick-up and drop from mall road, prompt service, courteous staff, proactive phone calls to remind about breakfast and dinner, customised food (asked for no chillies and less oil and the request was fulfilled, easy to reach (approach road was good, availability of packaged tours and taxi service, extra blanket, spacious and well-furnished room and bathroom, all-time availability of hot water what could be better: room heating (a small single rod heater wasn't enough for chilly evenings, but after a few minutes in the blanket, it was comfortable) breakfast was good but could be better. Most items were good, spread was decent. Parathas were great. Up-ma and poha were good. Idle wasn't fluffy enough, vermicelli had lots of oil. Would have liked whole wheat/multigrain bread with a toaster on the counter instead of pre-toasted white slices which get cold too soon. Overall, good Hotel SunGrace in this range.

Positives first - good location, good parking area, neat and clean (reception, stairs, corridors, rooms, bathrooms, restaurant, good staff. - food was fine (not too great, big restaurant, decent variety in breakfast. - over all ambience of the place was good. Improvement areas (what i did not liked) - rooms are quite small, noise in the rooms if people are talking on the ground floor or in corridor. - too much of cost saving, no soap or moisturizer in the bathroom. Liquid soap dispenser is there but no soap if one needs. - small wardrobe, that too stuffed with some quilt etc, no space to keep clothes. - took a costly himalayan view room but i feel it was just a window without much view. Even that could not be opened for lack of privacy. - the mixed fruit juice seemed to be very low in viscosity (unlike what you normally get. Looked like (again to save cost, as if water and sugar mixed in the juice. It was extremely sweet. Over all, i would recommend the place to stay.

The Hotel SunGrace is situated around 3 kms from Gandhi Chowk. The staff is very helpful, rooms are big, comfortable and nice. Washrooms are also clean and hygienic. Food is also good and you can have it in your room or in restaurant. They offer one complimentary drop and pickup to Gandhi Chowk every day. If there is a heavy snowfall then you need to trek around 3 kms is snow as all the vehicles around will stop. So if you enjoy a little trekking in snow this is good but for some walking in snow for 3 kms is not fun. So it's up to you how you take this point. Also as it is away from the city center, you can experience calmness and peace. Overall, a nice, pleasant and enjoyable stay. Points of improvement 1. In extreme cold, room/restaurant area heating can be improved 2. Please invest in oil based heaters, they are one time investment but work really well for years and years.

Located 4 kms away from mussoorie, the Hotel SunGrace is perfect for travellers who want isolation from the crowd of mussoorie. Though in winters the sun doesn't grace us much in the Hotel SunGrace, however the staff here is amazing! the Hotel SunGrace is clean, maintained and cozy to stay at. The best part is the rooftop from where you can see the mountains surrounding you, provided the temperature is clean. One thing you need to assure is that you have your own vehicle here, as the Hotel SunGrace is away from city, you'd need your car to travel back and forth from town. Not a big worry though, the food here is homely, if that's what concerns you, and moderately priced as well. If you like to trek, company garden and buddha temple aren't far off from here. Had fun! and with mm t i got great discounts too!

Everything was good, temperature check ✅ hand sanitizer on the check-in ✅ rooms were clean and sanitized will highly recommend this property for families keep up the good work.👍 The Hotel SunGrace location is superb with some breathtaking views, a bit away from the hustle-bustle of Mall road, around 1-2 km, which is actually a positive point from our view and they provide you pick and drop to and from Mall road as complimentary. Food was super delicious, they have a good variety of food, breakfast too had a good variety and was lavish. Now the last but not least about service, I would say hats off for your service. Hotel is good and have clean rooms. Location is on kempty road which is away from market area (Mall road). However, Hotel SunGrace do provide pick and drop once in a day on request. Rooms were clean and had good friendly staff. Breakfast was good with decent options. We found it ok. Room had extra blankets considering tourist may not be very used to winter of Mussorie. It was a good thought by Hotel SunGrace. Hotel had smooth check-in and check-out and have parking too. It also provides driver stay in case you go with your driver. Heater could have been better but overall a good place to stay. I had taken Himalaya view room but it doesn't really made much difference.

I think the staff was very kind and cooperative. The Hotel SunGrace room was overall clean except that a footmat should have been supplied for the bathroom. Everything was in working condition. Especially the dining room was close. Special mention goes to the breath taking views of Himalaya mountains from the terrace. Just one scope of improvement for the Hotel SunGrace staff to consider is that we had visited in December when the weather was really cold. One of the windows was leaking air and so the room never became warm. They should do something about it. Overall it was a great stay.

Location : 3 Km away from main Street/ mall road. So quiet atmosphere. One can have direct view of snow covered Himalaya from Hotel SunGrace terrace. Food : Quality and variety is good. I have early check out in the morning so they provided packed breakfast also. Service: staff is helpful and polite. Neat and clean rooms.

Hotel is good but at a distance from any activity of mussoorie even the market.

The Hotel SunGrace is in a good location with a fine view of the Himalayan ranges. Hotel staffs were very good. My wife felt ill at the Hotel SunGrace due to travel in hilly areas. However the manager taken care of that by calling a doctor. If you are travelling Mussoorie. Please stay at this Hotel SunGrace.

Hotel stay was awesome. It is away from the chaos of mall road. Company garden is 1. 5 km and mall road is 2. 5km. This Hotel SunGrace has blossomed flowers. We stayed in executive room which had a personal tereace. Food was delicious and mouth watering. Overall its a decent property with parking facility, pick n drop from mall road, try to check there other rooms as well. They also have hill view.

Service and Hotel staff was so good. Food quality was very good however bit expensive but value for money. Hotel terrace was awesome and all day we can take Sun light.

Very supportive staff. They helped us with planning mussoorie site seeing tour to arranging a taxi. Kitchen staff was considerate enough to modify food suiting our taste. The chef also took the pains to prepare pahadi food for us.

Nice place, neat and clean. View is good. The food is mind blowing. Stick to north indian cuisine here and each and every item we ordered was so delicious. Will come back here just because of the food.
