We had complementary breakfast with the booking but they did not accept that for all. After showing the booking voucher where i did extra payment for my child they took half hour to confirm. Also they don’t have the buffet facility for breakfast. They serve you three slice bread and a boiled egg for breakfast which is not at par for single person. Also the rate of their food is very high.

Satisfied with the Hotel Sunshine room service & cleanliness & staff behaviour. Rooms are well designed & well maintained. Staff are good & helpful in nature. Loaction was in outerside of berahmapur but transport are adequate. Pick & drop option are available. Food is good also.

It's 20 mins to reach Hazarduari, Lalbagh by Toto. We paid for 3 person. The Hotel person told us that they la add a extra bed in the night. But they don't added any bed for that. But we have to pay extra amount for 1 person. Except this everything is OK.

Hotel is good stuff behavior is very cordial. Though the service is a little slow. The location is 9km away from the main attractions. It's 3 to 4km away from the market place. But toto is available anytime. So it's was overall a nice experience.

Room was clean. Staff was very helpful and prompt. Food was extremely good. However, the bill breakup was not clear. Our booking slip said Meal plan: Breakfast ... Which they could not clarify. But we were charged for the breakfast.

Excellent Hotel Sunshine. Nice building, well room service and cleanliness is so good. The room service is so well. It is approx. 7-8 kms. From Murshidabad railway station. Staff ate well behaved. And overall value for money.

It is pleasant stay at sunshine, but some maintenance works need at some room, except that, it is good.

I had a v good experience with my family. Service was excellent. All facilities available. Cleaning was a regular activity. Food was bit costly but good. Very helpful staff and location was in a peaceful place.

Rooms are having very low light. It's the only problem I have faced.
