Hotel Sunstar Grand

We had executive room, nice furniture cupboard, chairs & console, quarter shaped bathtub, Split AC, Godrej locker, fridge loaded with refreshment & namkeens. Cleanliness everywhere & 24hr room service, very comfy bed with duets & of course Led TV. Wood flooring. It was Diwali & it was occupied by families. Breakfast buffet good, except for egg, rest all vegetarian. Courteous staff, in fact pleasing, from room boy to front office. There is kids swim pool. Silent locality, with provision stores & Hotel Sunstar Grands in mostly residential neighborhood. Everything was good, there were several places I read, the management asking for suggestions so here is mine, please remember these are not drawbacks but a guest admiration... 1. Attention to exhaust, & ceiling fans, AC blower ball bearings making louder noises. 2. POP Ceiling with concealed luminaries in breakfast area, instead of outdated tube lights. 3. Marble & stones is bit out of fad due sparky vitreous bright tiles, looks super clean. 4. I have given 4star 1 star less due to bathtub tap very slow to fill the tub & noisy air conditioner blower. 5. Digital RFID card key for room door would add tremendous high end feel to guest experience. 6. Entry door doormat or in room flip flops could be nice, as dirt from footwear can spread room & feeling irritated.

Great beds, clean room. Pick up service from airport was great. They have also helped us very good with the missing luggage at the airport. They only thing is, and thats not only in this Hotel Sunstar Grand,all the men are staring a lot, with 5/6 men at the same time, doing nothing but only staring, that you dont feel comfortable as western woman. I will recommend to all the Indian Hotel Sunstar Grands to have more women in their staff, that will help a lot. But except from that, especially the people from the reception are very helpful and the room was very clean!

The Hotel Sunstar Grand is good and interiors are good with wood work. The location seems to be little uncomfortable to find out as there are convenient roads to reach this Hotel Sunstar Grand but it is not shown in google maps. One can reach Karol bagh metro station and take a rickshaw to reach the Hotel Sunstar Grand. If it is by Ola or Taxi, you can take some guidance by the Hotel Sunstar Grand reception to reach easily. The staff are very good and had timely response towards the customer. Room service was good as well. I would recommend this for sure.

Hotel is good for business purpose but I book it for pool but it was only 3 foot not cleaned pool I didn't get it so I booked another Hotel Sunstar Grand the staff was good breakfast was good but they were asking to higher management that can we give 5 more egg or not how disgusting it was in buffet system you are asking that sir hamare yaha 5 egs se jda ni kha skte hai I hate it then I left Hotel Sunstar Grand.

Hotel sunstar Grand is located in a posh locality, very near to metro station. Room was spacious and equipped with all modern facilities. The Wi-fi was complimentary and had a good speed. The roof top restaurant is a nice place to relax. We had our dinner at the roof top restaurant .. Food was tasty. Will definitely recommend this Hotel Sunstar Grand to my friends. We had a nice time at the clean pool.

I have stayed there for 4 days, the Hotel Sunstar Grand location is nearly 0. 5 km from Metro. Hotel room is very well maintained and they do provide some unexpected stuffs we need and various cool drinks are there in the room fridge itself. Even electric tea kettle with tea and coffee making ingredients. Room is in between three star and five star with a very Kind staff. It's a total value for money.

The Hotel Sunstar Grand is the best you can get at this price in this area. They provided pickup facility from New Delhi Railway station. The staff is very well mannered and customer friendly. The facilities like swimming pool and sauna and steam are all well maintained. We enjoyed sauna and swimming in the night which was so relaxing and felt like a picnic away from the fast life of Delhi.

Hotel Sunstar Grand is located in Karol Bagh, very near to market and Metro station. The Hotel Sunstar Grand is very well designed. Roof top restaurant is a nice place to relax and have food. Room was spacious and well decorated. We stayed for 1 night only. We really enjoyed the pool and sauna. Though the pool is small but we enjoyed the pool as well as sauna. Will definitely stay again.

Breakfast buffet can be made better.

Excellent location, spacious room and bathroom are the major plus points of this property. Pool, sauna and steam facilities were a surprise for me. I never enjoyed such facilities in a small budget property similar to Hotel Sunstar Grand sunstar grand. Free wi-fi and breakfast was also good looking at the price.

It's nice convenient property with good location, polite and efficient staff, nice small rooftop with good tasty food. Room are neat and clean with well equipped amenities, free WiFi and lounge to chillax was bonus.

It's wonderful Hotel Sunstar Grand with great facilities in budget range .. Swimming pool, buffet breakfast, good clean rooms, toiletries, humble services is all inclusive Steam and sauna is charged per hour basis which is fine with the bugdet range

Room was cleaned properly, nice on call services, beautiful bathroom(with a bathtub). Nice atmosphere and awesome staff. Food was also good with a decent place to eat. Linen were cleaned and replaced nicely. Nice location, many places are nearby. Also have a swimming pool and mini bar.

It is one of the best Hotel Sunstar Grands in Delhi with good service and quality food. The staff was generous. Interiors were clean and location was good as well. I would recommend people to go for this Hotel Sunstar Grand.

Very good experience.. Very cool stay... Hotel staff is very friendly nature.. Pool water is very clean.. Most admirable thing is pool water is not cleaning by chlorine its fresh water... They give me after check-out one room for 15 min for refresh myself at second day evening...

The Hotel Sunstar Grand location is very good. Rooms are quite small but well decorated. Services by Hotel Sunstar Grand staff is really good. Food quality is awesome and price is also normal. Overall it's a good start and I would like stay again in this Hotel Sunstar Grand and also refer to friends.

Good location 15 mins walk to metro station. Staff and service was decent. Food is decent. Breakfast is decent. Pool was dirty, rooms are decent. Can improve in cleanliness. Would recommend to business travelers and single travelers, not suitable for family.
