Hotel Sunstar Heritage

I booked it for my parents. First of all they only provide pick up from New Delhi Railway station, they should at least provide pick up from both the stations (New Delhi and Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station) if not from Airport. My Parents were able to locate the Hotel Sunstar Heritage easily as it could be searched on google map. As they proceeded for check in, they were told to wait in Lobby as the room was yet to be prepared although they reached late from the official Hotel Sunstar Heritage check-in time still they had to wait even I called the Hotel Sunstar Heritage in the morning and informed they about their arrival and asked they to keep the room ready still this happened. I was quite annoyed by that. Service is poor but over all they had a good stay.

Stayed in Sunstar Heritage for two nights on 14 and 15 July 2016. Rooms were excellent and well maintained with clean linen and bathrooms... Late check in after 11 pm and early check out before 5 am will pose a very big problem as the barrier to enter the road where sunstar heritage is located is closed between 11 pm and 5 am and so the customers have to walk down about half a kilometre to the Hotel Sunstar Heritage.. Breakfast is very average. Slome of the front office staff are very rude... Donno how to deal with customers... Only Mr. Raj is very helpful and did make our stay peaceful... Have to think twice before we choose this Hotel Sunstar Heritage esp bearing in mind late check ins and early checkouts

We booked the Hotel Sunstar Heritage for 5 days and it was a hassle free stay. The staff is really cooperative and the management is also well behaved. Every issue or problem is resolved as soon as possible and it was a really wonderful experience. 1. The location is good and nearby to market. 2. The food is also well cooked and tasteful. 3. Daily room cleaning has good hygienic standards and the room is cleaned in a neat and clean manner. 4. There are cameras everywhere, hence safety is not a concern. Only suggestion will be to not keep just 2 coffee mugs in the room which if used, they have to be rewashed and use it again. Keep extra mugs for guests as it doesn't look good.

Nice Hotel Sunstar Heritage with good location, cooperative staff. Overall staff was cooperative and rooms were clean. About food- it was bit expensive but good. Tea was horrible, I think they can improve it which needs only little effort. As lots of people prefer tea while there stay at Hotel Sunstar Heritage to relax. The pics shown on MMT are just as the Hotel Sunstar Heritage is. No fake or edited pics. The Hotel Sunstar Heritage is good over. Good food. Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom also clean and with all facilities. Very helpful and attentive staff. Food is good and tasty. There is no delay in check-in after booking through makemytrip. Overall I am satisfied.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Hotel Sunstar Heritage. Everything about the Hotel Sunstar Heritage was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

I stayed there for 1 day. The main factor is its location I. E. Karol bagh which is very close to railway station and other prominent areas in Delhi as well as very close to Metro Station. The Staff was polite and non intrusive. Room was clean and well maintained. While booking it was written that they provide Airport pickup also but for that you need to inform the staff about your arrival which I got to know later. They have a rooftop restaurant also which I didn't explore. Overall a nice experience.

New Hotel Sunstar Heritage with modern furniture and beautiful lobby and rooftop restaurant area. Me and my wife stayed for one night. Every thing including Layout, furniture, interior of room and bathroom was new and impressive. I liked the bed mattress and soft towels in the bathroom. Our breakfast was complimentary. It was one of the good budget Hotel Sunstar Heritages, and I highly recommend this Hotel Sunstar Heritage. Staff of the Hotel Sunstar Heritage was very cooperative and helpful

It was a nice stay here. I have been in a Hotel Sunstar Heritage for 1st time. Room is good. Breakfast is light and fine. 1 thing is to improve that mosquitos and tiny flying bees are in bathroom. May be due to monsoon but I have asked for mosquito repellent then they have provided me. Overall it is good Hotel Sunstar Heritage to stay. Karolbagh metro station is near. You can get auto to Hotel Sunstar Heritage in Rs. 20... Or you can walk also it will take 15 min.

Staff are very cooperative. Hotel is well maintained and clean. Location is also good and a value stay. Room service is also there without any delay. This Hotel Sunstar Heritage is best for business, personal or vacation stay.

We reached late on 11:00 pm. I called in advance for making dinner and it was done. Room was clean and tidy and staff behaviour was good compared to my previous experience. Though the room was pretty small but it's good as long as it's clean and tidy.

Overall experience was very good. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. You can get all kinds of facilities here. Also the location of the Hotel Sunstar Heritage is perfect .. Close to the main market place. Highly recommended

Excellent location, Located near market and also near to Railway Station. Room was good, spacious, clean and well maintained. Every thing looked new. Staff was helpful in every way. Complementary Breakfast was good with sufficient items. Complimentary wi-fi and railway station pick-up service are very good facilities. Overall Stay was very comfortable.

I stayed with a group for one night. Rooms are very clean, spacious and well maintained. Its very near by shopping area. Our flight was early morning they do provided us lite breakfast. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Everything was good and nice Hotel Sunstar Heritage near Karol Bagh.

The Hotel Sunstar Heritage room size is larger as compared to other Hotel Sunstar Heritages in similar price range .. The location is good and conveniently located near the business hub. The price what at it is offered is complete value for money.

Reception people are very nice. Breakfast is average. Easily can here voice from another room. Like wooden partitions all around
