The property is around 1km from the meenakshi amman temple. The room was good and it offered a comfortable stay. The staff was very helpful and cooperative. The only issue with the property was the debilitating condition of the washroom. I precisely found them unclean, unhygienic and in bad condition.

After adverse comments on the Hotel Supreme after corona period it is improving a lot and management has taken various steps to improve based on the feed back given by various guest. If this attitude continues it will regain its past glory. We had comfortable stay with out any adverse remarks.

Madurai is very good place to visit, lot of temples to visit, madurai non veg food is very good, especially madurai mutton biryani, konar mess curry dosa etc.
Not up to the mark, no sanitation facilities in the lobby, no masks worn by staffs

Courteous staff gave hot water to room when needed, even when piped hot water not available. Driver accommodation also available. Continues to provide reliable services. Not as premium as it used to be due to impact of covid i think.

Rooms are clean, well maintained. Staffs are good, well behaved. Parking facility is there. Restaurant facility is not available but many good restaurants are there in the same road which are at walkable distance. Overall it’s nice.

We stayed for two nights. Location of the Hotel Supreme is beautiful. It is near the railway station and also meenakshi temple. It is not expensive either. South indian good food and breakfast is available just within 50 meters
