the room was not working good and the bathroom was not cleaned and no arrangement of proper furnishing.

His hospitality is very bad, every time light is up and down ,No any room service .again i shall not stay this hotel.

my experience is that I will never ever stay there again. bed is too hard to sleep it was a sleepless night for me

The hotel room was not clean, also the staff's behaviour was very bad, the complimentary breakfast was very terrible when I asked for breakfast fast they said only one disk was available for breakfast

I booked suit room but day one hotel management sold out the room and they give normal room to me. In my booking include breakfast but they didn't provide breakfast

The exprience of stay in supriya hotel is soo bad, i paid for this and i don't think this hotel deserves even 1k/night. Pathetic condition of rooms, beds and blanket.

Only stay nothing else. I paid for free breakfast. they gave me option Puri - sabji or sattu Paratha...that too they will bring from outside. no drinking water facility, no water bottle, nothing. you pay and you will get. at a temperature of 13⁰ even for a hot tea you need to go outside...

Hygiene parameters not maintained. Lots of waste items were kept in the dustbin. Wifi not available.

There was no cleanness, there was no facility of food, tea, water or anything. Neither for bathing.

The hotel was not worth of 2300/ night. Hotel was too old, things were not right. People were very unprofessional, they didn't clean the room, they were asking the money for the complimentary water. Breakfast was not worthy over all it was terrible experience i will not book that hotel again.

No person to give services. No light on stairs despite paid booking including breakfast, still being asked for payment no breakfast made available.

People were coming and disturbing unevenly, hotel was dirty, terrible stay. Breakfast included in my stay, came am f told me cant provide breakfast. I will never stay in this hotel even if i get free accomodation. Biggest mistake of my life in booking this hotel, unprofessional behaviour towards customer centricity.

I have been stay his supriya hotel i am good feeling and food is better and tasty is also very good.

Hotel ambiance and rooms are clean but the quality of food which they serve are not fresh. They usually serve stale food.

Room was a bit small but was clean and had basic amenities. The overall saving grace was good ac which turned on genset quickly, even with the frequent power cuts

Cleaning is the concern there no one is taking care of this part. Rest ok staff behaviour is good.

Room was not clean properly and staff is not educated how to manage guest also not able to attend other states visitors need to learn hospitality management. Owners goodwill good in city but they need to more focus on their hotel.

Very bad condition in room and behaviour and services very low quality voice suggest please remove from makemytrip hotel

Room is not suitable on price what you have pay. And food is not good and room service is also bad. Overall experience is poor
