Hotel Sur

The stay was good, 2 rooms we booked for our family were spacious and amenities are good except the Hotel Sur has no restaurants attached however you have several resaturants around due to Hotel Sur location. The only concern i had was the way we were told to check out. I totally understant we just crossed the checkin times but then at 10:40 am the owner was rudely saying to vacate else she will charge for 1/2days was really senseless way to revert. It was raining heavily and our companioin in the second room were stuck in traffic and we were waiting for them. Due to her tone we had to vacate the room and wait at reception for our companions and they arrived in next 20 mins and we vacated. Concern was the tone and the way owner was not sensitive to our situation alto-ugh we booked the Hotel Sur for 2 days and we didnt even cross 1 hr to the total checkout time. Wont recommend if you dont have patiance to deal with impatient people

"The property’s location was decent, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport options. The amenities were adequate for what I needed, and the facilities were generally well-maintained. As for the services, the staff was polite and helpful, Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Great stay with clean rooms, basic amenities, and good food. Convenient location with easy access to shops and transport. Housekeeping was excellent. Would stay again!

The rooms are good. The washroom is clean. Just a couple of minor issues. 1. There is no restaurant in the Hotel Sur. But there are restaurants nearby. 2. There were no curtains in the room which i had. Even though there werent any windows, but near the ceiling there was a glassed window like enclosure which allowed a bit of light to enter

The location of the property is amazing! the rooms are absolutely artistic with beautiful wallpapers. The toilets are extremely clean & well equipped with hot & cold water. The Hotel Sur staff is very courteous. I would recommend the Hotel Sur to anyone who visits ujjain.

Pro: the Hotel Sur is new property, staff is good they offered us one room before checkin time and rest also before time. Cons : the service was little slow and no in house restaurant but food was available on request.

The Hotel Sur experience and staff was good. The only issue is that they do not have an in-house restaurant and don't even provide tea coffee in the morning. Service, staff and ambience is very nice.

Rooms are very spacious & clean. Staffs are well behaved. The property is located around 1-2 km away from the mahakaal mandir

Staff was polite and supportive. Good setup. All facilities were available at hand. Location vise very close to temples and railway station. Open space clean surroundings.

Location is right in the heart of shopping area. Everything is accessible. Amenities mentioned in the site are well maintained. Seems to be a relatively new Hotel Sur. Hygiene is top notch.

It is a new property <1 year. The staff were helpful at all times. Very clean and neatly maintained rooms, with decent size.
