The service was very good, but a welcome complimentary item is needed. The swimming pool looked good, but it was not included in the package, which was disappointing. Apart from that, the food was really good, and the services were excellent as well.

room hygiene is very poor and bathroom was not property cleaned. Room door lock not work and bathroom door lock was not broken. Swimming pool was good. Room are deferent then photo.

Poor room. Water liking from basin. Bed cover stained. Pool is chargeable. Staff behavior is so rude. They are druk in duty time.

It was a terrible experience, the room was very dirty. Basin water was spilling all over the bathroom. I booked 1 four sharing a deluxe room but they only offered 1 two sharing room. The hotel swimming pool facility is completely chargeable. 120 rs per person for two hours. The behavior of the hotel staff is very bad if we complain to the hotel.
