HOTEL SURIYA INTERNATIONAL

Place was not well arranged, requested room not provided, I’ve stayed many times prior to this in same hotel. Treatment is different for direct and MMT.

Good place stay in single. very near by T.nager. easy to move all places.

It's a really good option if u r going shopping as the hotel is in the market. Rooms were also neat and clean.

I had to request makemytrip to contact the reception for my late check in as my flight was delayed. Even after several calls on mobile and landline the receptionist did not turn up. When makemytrip executive got success and asked the reception to receive my call, he did. The food service from outside and cheap ones. The service boy was sincere but he was helpless as the number of service boys were very limited and could be only two to three in the hotel. They refused to provide gst bill and did not give me hotel bill. The receptionist had no courtesy to see me even before leaving the room on 21st nova morning around 9. 30 am and he simply asked me to check out and go through his service boy without taking my out signature in the record book. It is business a complex with plenty of shops in the gr. To 2nd floor rooms sre above the 3rd floors. Lifts are not working. Not at all worth for elderly persons and patients. Property cost wise is not at all worth and it seems to me that i paid more than double the cost of and ordinary budget hotel like surya in chennai. I will not recommend this hotel to my friends and known persons.

Hotel suriya international is well located in the heart of all the gold and saree shopping centres in and around t. Nagar in chennai. The hotel provides for decent room for an overnight stay for travellers but do not expect much comfort as this more of a lodging hotel than any boarding type. There is no dining options but there are plenty of hotels in and around suriya international within walking distance. The facilities and amenities are very limited hence do not have any great expectations other than a decent bed, lights, ac and fan

App booked on wrong date. Attempts to reschedule were not responded by you. I wasted my money. Will never use mmt again.

Terrible experience when i stayed in hotel. No driver rest room and no restaurant. Even they had parcel of breakfast from other restaurants

Prime location Rooms are in good condition. Right place to stay in solo person in nominal cost.

No hot water, ac not working, bed not clean.

1. It has location advantage in the middle of market. 2. No room phone to contact receptionist & room boy and bedsheet was torn. 3. Toilet and room was clean. It is good due to location. Thanks, no image taken.

Located in the heart of pondy bazaar and easily accessible for shopping. Rooms not well kept from hygiene point of view.

Mirror is not being maintained properly in the bathroom. All are old inside bathroom. They have cleaned but everything is old.

This hotel is in busy shopping area of t nagar. Restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner are nearby.

It was more of a guest house than a hotel. Quite tiny rooms and staffs were not at all professional. Breakfast was served in a plastic packet without plate and spoon even. No images captured.

Hygiene provided facility was not good ac complaint overall not at all happy.

Heavily stinking. No blanket provided. Ac was not working properly. Unclean ambience. Only the hotel was in the heart of the city.

I got the information of this hotel from make my trip. No one picked up phone calls as i wanted to know its location. I was given room no 309 which is full of bug and cockroaches. I did not get good service from here. Amenities are there but of no use. The room fare took rs 2221. 00 but worth for rs. 500. 00.

The room was not cleaned properly, many insects where there inside the room, and they gave me room in 3rd floor where they don't even have an access for the lift. Prize i payed was 2500 and its not even worth it. Really really bad experience and bathroom i dont even have to say about it, its really old and not well maintained.

Excellent location. Good staff. Clean and hygienic. Price reasonable.
