Hotel Surya

I was skeptical initially while booking Hotel Surya surya, reading many negative reviews. But, i want to inform other fellow travelers that Hotel Surya surya is really a value for money option in mangalore. The receptionist, mr guru, was very humble and efficient with his on-boarding process at the reception. The room was well kept and clean. The ac was working fine and gave me a very good sleep with no interruptions by staff who do various antics to get the ac switched off by switching off the mains from outside during the night. The bathroom with a hot water facility was okay. The towel provided was fresh. The only corrective feedback to be given to the Hotel Surya management is to provide clean bedsheets and pillow cover. I had to use the fresh bedsheet, which was provided separately. The window curtains need to be upgraded. But there was no dust, and everything was clean in the room. Overall, i had a good experience staying at Hotel Surya surya.

Very pleasant experience at Hotel Surya surya, mangalore. Cleanliness is highly maintained here. The property is located very nicely. The market, railway station, restaurants all are so nearby that you can walk to those. Food is not available at Hotel Surya but you can order through swiggy or zomato. Overall good stay with reasonable price.

My stay is about 10hrs in the Hotel Surya. Hotel reception people are very friendly and supportive. My train starting from mangalore got delayed and left by 2. 35 am. The reception people are friendly and supported by arranging a car from Hotel Surya to mangalore central. But the fare is double the cost due to mid night.

The stay experience was good. If you are looking for a good room in less budget this is the right choice i guess. The staff was good, humble. The only issue is with the wifi like you don't get a proper access to it inside room. You'll get different restaurants or cafe nearby and get a good time breakfast and meal.

my stay at the surya Hotel Suryas was very good. i ioved the stay there. i got everything available there which was mentioned while booking. the check-in and check-out was also ultra fast. overall, had a wonderful experience. cleanliness was at its peak. very good service. thanks to makemytrip.com.

For the price the Hotel Surya was ok. The bathroom was very old fashioned. Otherwise, the cot, beds and service are all nice. The property in a prime locality and not far away from mangalore central railway station. The people manning the reception were also very nice with courteous behavior.

It was a good to stay with clean and hygiene condition. Staffs provide good services for the customers. Rooms are in good condition. Only problem was that toilet flush was not working in the room i stayed. Affordable price, placed at good location.

I came there on 19th may. I stayed for 2 days. Centrally located & clean rooms

Stay was pleasant, rooms were of right size and good bathrooms as well. Space for parking as well. Separate bed for 3. Friendly service and attendants.

Hotel is at the centre of the city and finding it is easy. Bus stop and auto stands are nearby. Hotel is comparatively old but clean and with supportive staff.

I actually stayed at Hotel Surya for 5 days and it was very satisfying. The main highlight is the location, you get easy access to go anywhere and it's very important for me personally. Rooms are spacious and cleaned regularly.
