I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Surya Kaiser Place during my visit to Varanasi, and I must say, it was an experience worth cherishing. Situated in close proximity to the temples and ghats, Hotel Surya Kaiser Place offers unparalleled convenience for travelers looking to explore the spiritual heart of Varanasi. Being able to immerse myself in the rich cultural tapestry of the city right from the Hotel Surya's doorstep was truly a remarkable experience. The Hotel Surya's ambiance exudes tranquility, providing a peaceful retreat from the bustling streets outside. The rooms are tastefully decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. Waking up to the serene views outside my window was a delightful way to start each day of my stay. However, what truly sets Hotel Surya Kaiser Place apart is its exceptional staff. From the moment I stepped into the Hotel Surya, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable, always ready to assist with any request or inquiry. And let's not forget about the food – it was simply outstanding. The Hotel Surya's restaurant serves a delectable array of dishes, each bursting with flavor and prepared with utmost care. Whether it was the local specialties or international cuisines, every meal was a culinary delight that left me craving for more. We had a great stay at Hotel Surya surya. We have booked 3 standard rooms. Got a good deal. Our rooms were on 3rd floor. The rooms and washroom needs renovation. A renovation work is going on in the Hotel Surya. Do not know whether it will cover those rooms. The rooms, though not very large in size, are aesthetically designed. However, the wallpaper is peeling off in some places. The toilet door is damp and the water flow rate is very high in all tap. So for example if you try to use the basin, the water splashes everywhere. Despite these shortcomings in the room, we had a memorable stay. The property is beautiful. Staffs are very helpful. The breakfast spread is great. Restaurant ambience and food is very nice. Also we had a dinner at the lawn of the Hotel Surya with live classical music which was unforgettable. The Hotel Surya also has a boutique kind of shop offering nice collection for men and women. O la is also available from the Hotel Surya to airport/station. Auto is available outside also. Overall i would recommend Hotel Surya surya for a memorable stay in varanasi.

Overall a good experience. Breakfast buffet was good, luxury rooms are spacious enough and if you have kids they give you a bigger luxury room which has an extra bed cum sofa. Spa was good. Some nice near by eateries accessible by local tuktuk. Food (lunch/dinner) was nice, we loved makki ki roti and dal makhani. Drinks are decent but slightly pricey i thought. Swimming pool was good and lengthy enough for good swimmers and attached kids pool for children. Garden sit out area is good, staff were courteous. Few things that could improve - a/c water leakage in some rooms or floor condensation due to a/c below the room near the washroom. Beds in luxury room is only 6 feet so if you have someone taller it is a little uncomfortable especially if it is a twin bed instead. Even double bed length is the same. Only other way is to go for suite.

Hotel location, amenities and food was quite good and overall I had a pleasant stay. However 2 incidents reveals some immaturity in Hotel Surya management. Firstly I was given a room which had a defective lock, which they tried to repair few times unsuccessfully, but finally gave me a new room after 2 days. Secondly the Hotel Surya called me in panic, while I was away, saying my car was parked in a wrong location and they have a ongoing function, so I have to move my car. Now that was ridiculous, as the car was parked in a spot shown by Hotel Surya security. I was at the Ganges ghat and due to that kind of panic calling I rushed back leaving my job unfinished. Pure lack of hospitality towards guest. Will I stay again? Maybe yes if I dont get a better deal in Hotel Suryas nearby,

Absolutely amazing boutique Hotel Surya n awesome place to stay if you are planning for good time in varanasi. We had a great staycation in this beautiful palace look property. Comfy and spacious room. Delicious food served at breakfast buffet in their beautiful dining hall. Everything was very comfortable from checkin to checkout. They have a separate waiting lounge for ealy checkin which was awesome. Room service, housekeeping and their hospitality was all top notch. They have a separate waiting lounge kasturi for early checkin which is awesome. Delicious food served at breakfast buffet in their beautiful dining hall. I will definitely recommend this Hotel Surya to everyone and surely visit again.

Rooms were specious and clean. Bathroom was also specious. Toiletries were standard. Staff were courteous. Services were good and were provided promptly. Complimentary breakfast had numerous options. Food served during lunch and dinners were very tasty but was expensive. Inner building give look of old mahal. It has all features of star Hotel Surya such as gym spa swimming pool. You can find lot of local crowd in the restaurant which indicate that restaurant is very popular. Location is also great temples are not far off. We had a great time at varanasi due to this Hotel Surya. I highly recommend to stay in this Hotel Surya.

The property is well located and quite spacious however the room that we stayed in definitely needs paint. Also the check-in time is something that they should look at. Most people travel-ling to varanasi reach in the morning, one cannot wait till 2pm to check-in. They do not offer early check-in. The timing cater to only people travel-ling by vande bharat. We had to pay for an extra day because we reached in the morning and same while checking out. The food is good but the cost is quite steep. Also it takes lot of time to serve them in the room.

We enjoyed the stay in Hotel Surya surya in our visit to kashi vishwanath temple. It’s a good facility with modern amenities. Cuisines were delicious. There was a small improvement i will suggest to the management. Currently, during our stay renovation work was going on in the Hotel Surya premises which created very high noise levels. This need to planned properly so as not to create nuisance to the guests. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay. Thanks!

It was good, i was overwhelmed by their gesture as i reach early and the Hotel Surya staff provided me early checkin with a difference of 5 hrs. A little upset with the fooding staff as they did-not cooperated at all.

A good stay option with family. Luxury rooms with balcony is quite spacious and gives a spectacular view. The Hotel Surya is designed in maharaja theme. Recommended for people preferring something other than the top notch brand Hotel Suryas.
