My stay at HOTEL SURYA GRAND surya grand was nothing short of delightful! from the moment i walked in, i was warmly greeted by two beautiful ladies at the front desk who made the check-in process quick and seamless. Their friendly smiles and professional demeanour set the tone for a fantastic stay. The HOTEL SURYA GRAND’s ambience is sophisticated and inviting, with elegant decor that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout. Oh the property looks really amazing. The ambience and the interiors of the HOTEL SURYA GRAND is really impressive. The location of the HOTEL SURYA GRAND in a good area. We booked a deluxe room which was really spacious which tables and chairs and a good long space where you can sit and work. The washrooms were neat and clean. You also get a smart tv in your room which is really rare in most of the HOTEL SURYA GRANDs. The HOTEL SURYA GRAND staff were really good. They listen to you and deliver proper services. I am in love with the breakfast here. Oh my good, what lovely food. The buffet was amazing, lots of amazing items on the list. I am sure you will run out of ideas on which food to consider. All in all, amazing stay. Keep up the good work.

- the property is squeaky clean and the housekeeping staff are always smiling and taking care of your stay as much as possible. - the front desk personals behaviour is very warm and they addressed all my queries and needs all the time. Also the rooms are of ample size, spacious with everything clean to the t. - and finally this is just 2 minutes walk to the prime bidhan market at the same time covered by parking and lawn so very serene and silent. In future this is the place where i am going to stay every single time and would refer my friends and family as well

We were looking for a place to spend the night before we proceeded to Darjeeling for our trip. This place was recommended by a friend. We had a great stay and found it well worth the cost. To summarise Pros : 1. Check in - 5⭐ 2. Room Size - 5⭐ 3. Amenities - 5⭐ 4. Staff - 5⭐ 5. Breakfast - 5⭐ 6. Staff Behaviour - 5⭐ Cons: Dosa could be better. Smoke detectors had their cover on. Pillows were very thick (we never asked for a replacement, so can't say much)

The stay in the HOTEL SURYA GRAND was splendid as the ambiance was very pleasant. The food although it was pricy but it was an excellently cooked meal. The only part that was not to my personal liking were the cushion beds as i don’t have a habit of sleeping on such beds and please ignore this argument as this is a personal preference. Anyways i would highly recommend anyone travel-ling to siliguri to stay in this HOTEL SURYA GRAND even if for once.

One of the best properties at an affordable price. Situation at proper location. Staff are not only helpful but responsible and dutiful also. I checked in at 10:44 pm where my dinner was pure- booked. They not only asked me if they served the same. The food was really good. Their breakfast spread was also good but i wish if they add any chkn spread during breakfast will be better. I highly recommend the same.

stayed with family for a day during our transit. the rooms and overall cleanliness was very good. highest point for us was food. ordered a mixed cuisine Cantonese chowmein and North India dal + roti + sabji. both the varieties were nice. also they have a good and secured car parking space. that was our main criteria while choosing the HOTEL SURYA GRAND as we were on a self drive trip.

Hotel surya grand is located at the heart of the city and communication to all locations are very near by. Rooms are good, spacious, well maintained. Food quality and services are also good. Price is also reasonable. The best part is ample space of car parking inside the property. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay over there.

Great place for a peaceful rest and the food is also good. The location is a bit inside, but not too difficult to find.

From the moment i arrived, i was impressed by the pristine condition of the property. Hotels elegant design and immaculate cleanliness were immediately apparent. Facilities were equally impressive. The restaurant served delicious meals with a diverse menu that catered to all taste.

We stayed for 3 nights and i would say as it’s newly opened the hospitality and kind gesture of all the staff was amazing. I would highly recommend the place as its in the market place and can we reached easily.

property location is too good Njp station to Sevoke chowk is only fifteen minutes and walking distance to this HOTEL SURYA GRAND .Food option very good and room is also too good and all staff behavior is politely and good 👍 👌

There was a lot of garbage right outside the HOTEL SURYA GRAND. Other than that the overall stay was good and would recommend also. I haven't clicked any pictures. I stayed for 2 nights 3 days.

I had booked a room for 1 night at surya grand, siliguri through make my trip. I like the ambience. Rooms are super clean and spacious. Food is delicious. Breakfast spread is very good. The staff are very helpful and courteous.
