HOTEL SURYA GRAND

This is an excellent HOTEL SURYA GRAND in which I stayed for a day. - The property is squeaky clean and the housekeeping staff are always smiling and taking care of your stay as much as possible. - The front desk personals behaviour is very warm and they addressed all my queries and needs all the time. Also the rooms are of ample size, spacious with everything clean to the T. - And finally this is just 2 minutes walk to the prime Bidhan market at the same time covered by parking and lawn so very serene and silent. In future this is the place where i am going to stay every single time and would refer my friends and family as well

The room was good, the food was good, some of Castor staff were very good, reception staff were very helpful, neat clean and quite a nice place for Siliguri. Hotel’s stand-in manager was very sweet and the owner was a cheerful, smiling and young Sardarji. Just that Church Road outside and the Sevok Road junction were horribly congested and dirty. Also, rooms need to have atleast a bedside drawer or a locker somewhere. Special mention to Biswanath Maity, Debasmita, the Castor manager and Roshan or Rohan the serving hand. Good experience.

it's 2nd time we are stayed at this HOTEL SURYA GRAND...foods price little bit expensive otherwise foods quality very good,,,staffs behavior also good. Everything is well maintained and decorated...bedroom and bathroom both are neat and clean...only one bad things is there was no bathroom mate in front of the bathroom ...

It is one of the best property in the heart of Siliguri. Rooms are clean and tidy. Markets are walking distance. Service is prompt and staff are very cooperative. I will surely come back to this HOTEL SURYA GRAND if I ever visit Siliguri again.

The location is in the city market place and one could miss it if not for Google maps . The rooms are clean and quite spacious and the food is great . Overall , a decent business HOTEL SURYA GRAND to stay .

Very good HOTEL SURYA GRAND. I just stayed the night before travelling to the mountains. Comfortable bends and all amenities are available. Clean and good food.
