Bad reception, worst food, breakfast money complimentary but still ask for money and paid

I wad supposed to checkout on 1st of March but I did checkout on 28th of February itself. Not a ray of light you can expect from the window of my room, even at 10 am I felt like it was 12 midnight. Had a bad time at checkout. But must mention amenities inside room was good.

Clean rooms and good service. Location is also very convenient.

This hotel has maintained its standards throughout the years. Non- assuming and simple. Rooms are a reasonable size and clean. Warm and cold shower water, wash basin, basic amenities such as tooth brush, tooth paste, soap, shampoo, tea are provided. The room has a water boiler. There is a lift for heavy luggage. Don't expect a room with a view but that is impossible in this crowded area of Guwahati. Located just close to the railway station and Paltan bazar ASTC and private transport services so ideal for transit passengers. The only downside is that there do not seem to be designated non-smoking rooms. This hotel has upheld the standard since at least 2013. It should promote itself a bit more online.

Staff denied to give room because we booked through online.

Our stay in the hotel was OK. Mostly we were in the town long and visited temples. Hotel staff was very nice and cooperative. As we stayed mostly out we haven't eaten in the hotel restaurant. Service is okay.

The drinking water provided by the hotel was muddy. I came to know after drinking the provided water. I complainant for the same but the person available at reception became angry and replied that it was usual. Tea bag, milk pouch and sugar pouch were not provided by the reception person for morning. I asked him in advance as I have to check out early in the morning but it was denied by the receptionist.

Ranking of hotels need to be reviewed. There were no parking place.
Reception area and persons in the reception were not to my expectation. Need to improve in terms of HR.

Food service is very good and hotel staff is very good.
Service is very good, room is properly clean and maintain.

Breakfast was very nice and service was very good.

Hotel was located in very nice place. Railway station is just beside the hotel. Food is pure veg and good. Staffs behavior is also very polite. But the room is very small. It was lesser than expectation and not for family stay.

Reception say room can't available if we book in online I have to wait.

Very apt place for business traveler. Hotel location is also very good and closer to main market. Rooms are nice and in good budget. Sure an advantage for veg guys as hotel is only pure veg. Thank you.
