Hotel O Surya Residency

I stayed in this Hotel O Surya Residency for around 15 days and it is a good place. The reception staff are courteous and friendly. Room service is also good. Placement of exhaust fan in toilet not good, large opening and with windows right opposite to it. Rooms are a bit old but well maintained and clean. Location of Hotel O Surya Residency is excellent, a bit away from hustle and bustle but close to everything. There is a restaurant in the Hotel O Surya Residency and another cheaper vegetarian option just outside. No bills were presented for signing when ordering for room service which is not to my liking as you have to keep a tab of everything and I kept on settling bills once in two days so that they do not accumulate the same issue with laundry too, no receipt of clothes were issued. Other than these, everything else was perfect and I hope the management takes care of these minor issues soon.

First of all please change your Reception counter guy who is telling that he is the manager of the Hotel O Surya Residency. He is really disgusting. The incident is like that already Hotel O Surya Residency is booked on my name. I showed my id along with my wife's id that nonsense guy is asking marriage certificate. I told him who is roaming with marriage certificate then he told me show marriage prove like marriage photos I showed them after that he is asking send me that pic on mail id else cancel your booking wat the hell is this?

Very good Hotel O Surya Residency, front office people are quite good and supportive, the rooms are also very clean and maintaining very well, besides the breakfast really good in quality. Really I was happy to stay there. They can provide 2 items in small for breakfast instead of providing large single item. Moreover they could consider multi language channels in TV as I got only Telugu channels. In fact it was not a problem for me as I know Telugu very well, but it should be considered for other people who doesn't know Telugu.

I was allowed early check-in at 9:30 am without questions asked. Room was clean. Ac tv and all working very well. Bathroom was small and clean. Wifi connectivity was good too. Staff behavior was excellent and accepted to keep the luggage until the evening after checkout. No complaints and, great stay overall.

Hotel Surya Residency is located in the center of the city near to SR Nagar Police station. Very good Hotel O Surya Residency to stay at this budget. This Hotel O Surya Residency is preferred to family as well as business stay. Just. 5 Km from ameerpet passport office and SR Nagar bus stop.

Room is Good Average. Room Service Need to improve, if possible appoint telugu native Boys. Cleanliness of blankets is Not Good. Rooms are Not spacious. Location is Good. Easy to reach and near to Main places in City.

Good service good location.

I got a AC deluxe room for a little amount with breakfast and dinner, room was big and spacious, neat and clean. Food was good only the service needs to be improve. Location is right in the heart of the city.
