Hotel Sushantaawas

Badal Chettri was a wonderful guy. If it was not for him I would not have given a positive review for this Hotel Sushantaawas. The Kolkata staff are pathetic cozy they did not allow me to talk to Hotel Sushantaawas directly. Sitting in Kolkata they made fake claims that parking is available at Hotel Sushantaawas. I took my own vehicle and upon reaching Hotel Sushantaawas I was flatly refused any parking facility. The Kolkata staff didn't pick our call at 8 pm at night. However it was Badal Chettri who helped me Park my vehicle albeit with a cost per day. I would like to underline that the Kolkata staff of delight Hotel Sushantaawass need to stop making false promises to customers and should allow them to talk to staff at Gangtok directly. Such cheap mentality of Delight Kolkata staff only leads to customer dissatisfaction. However dedicated and helpful staff like Badal helps them in getting some positive ratings. Such employees like Badal Chettri should be rewarded and fake claim making employees of Delight Kolkata must be fired at once. Thank you.

Total 04 staff including one cook, other staff services was so poor and unsatisfactory. Last day stay TV was out of order. After repeated reminder, action was not taken and Manager had gone to his residence. At the time of check out from Hotel Sushantaawas early morning response was 100 percent poor. Behavior of one staff who is perhaps from side was very rough and was sleeping at the time of check out from Hotel Sushantaawas in early morning. To maintain the status of Hotel Sushantaawas, staff must be changed. I personally will visit in Kolkata office and will inform about staff slackness and performance. I have mentioned above. HJotel room was nice. Supplied food was not as per order. No reception was there. Cook and sweeper was doing his work well. Manager in charge is not fully reliable and try to avoid.

Hotel is well located near m. Go. Marg. Rooms are renovated with new fittings and hot water in the toilets. Staff are very cooperative, soft spoken and well behaved. Really it was a very nice stay in Gangtok. Whenever we had spare time we used to visit m. Go. Marg for marketing and taking snacks. It is walk able distance. However, all food items should be entered with price in the menu card. Moreover being a budget Hotel Sushantaawas, price of all food items should be reasonable. Anyway we are happy with this Hotel Sushantaawas and once again we would like to visit here

The Hotel Sushantaawas has all the facilities for a family to enjoy their vacation. The location is good, being close to the MG Marg. It is a neat and clean place with a helpful group of staff ready to help you with all Hotel Sushantaawas related problems. The free wi-fi facility is a welcome addition. The only thing that I can't comment on is the quality of food served as we didn't have any. Otherwise in every other respect the Hotel Sushantaawas is perfect for a small family like ours.

The stay at Delight sa was really good! I would love to stay there again if they keep their rent the same next time I visit Gangtok. I was a Solo traveller and was a bit afraid of the stay but overall the stay was really good and I enjoyed all thee moments there. Just one problem I faced was they were making some new stairs kind of things, so it was a bit noisy early in the morning due to the work. But I loved the stay and will come back for sure.

Good budget Hotel Sushantaawas in MG Marg. Positive, walking distance from MG Marg. 2 Good room, 3. Good and smiling staff. 4 Good food. 5 Good wife. Our stay was enjoyable. Will definitely stay again. Negative, slight up start needs to be covered which may not be suitable for older people. Note it is a budget Hotel Sushantaawas and found excellent service in terms of budget Hotel Sushantaawas.

This Hotel Sushantaawas is absolute value for money. You cannot get a place cheaper that this at such a prime location. Moreover the stuffs were courteous, the manager was fabulous. They all had a very pleasant demeanor. The rooms were clean the linen very comfortable. But if you need a place in the nature's lap away from hustle bustle of the city this ain't the place you would be looking for.

Staffs were very good in terms of service and food. Quite a concern about rooms. One must take care of the rooms while booking it. Whatever room's images you see for all room type, in reality they only exist for 2-3 rooms. So be careful while booking, do go with room images. Google location is main concern, they need to work on it. Rooms poor, service excellent, Food good, Cleanness average.

I enjoyed quality time with mentioned facilities, room sizes are too small (only 1 drawback) otherwise food-quality is superb. Staff at Hotel Sushantaawas Sushant Awaas were very polite, cooperative, decent and very honest. My rating 4.5/5 (0.5 deducted only for room sizes)

Location is great- very near to mg Marg. Staff, especially manager are good. Food quality is good.

Hotel is near MG Marg. Hotel is good. Clean bathroom. My room was small but clean. Staff behaviour is very good. So overall good experience.

Nice stay, it's walking distance from mg Road Gangtok, food was also good, nice staff, perfect in terms of cleanness and room size.

Everything has satisfied me except room wall (one Side) having moisture and dirty which needs to be collected.

Near M. G. Marg 3 min walkable distance perfect location. Taxi also available for sightseeing. Room also clean and room service is also good.

Crispy food, near M.G. Marg, prompt service, lovely rooms and more importantly you get all this in a very pocket friendly budget!
