HOTEL SVN GRAND

I have taken the costliest type of room available in the HOTEL SVN GRAND. The room was very good for the price and so was the food. The room service was super quick and food quantity was good, with reasonable prices. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety to cater for people from all regions. The let downs: 1. The entrance to the HOTEL SVN GRAND is a big let down. It was just some random bikes (all swiggy and Zomato) and no one/no signs to tell us where the reception was. I mean, that is the first thing one gets to experience as soon as we arrive. 2. The age of the HOTEL SVN GRAND was showing, especially with the lift. 3. There was only one bag boy over the 2 days we stayed there. Only he was catering to everyone. 4. The reception waiting area was swarming with swiggy and zomato people. I didn't expect this from a 3-star HOTEL SVN GRAND. Maybe it is just me, but I look at the details. So the main issue is the reception/lobby. I wouldn't complain about the room, for what they were charging. Get the above sorted and it will see much more people.

Was there for 2 nights 3 days with family. Excellent staff. Very good rooms. Fantastic food. Nice room service. Need to improve. Lift was getting stuck frequently. Needs servicing urgently. Food quality and quantity is superb. However, they don't serve everything that is written on the menu card. That's bit disappointing. One has to inquire "what's available" before ordering. Breakfast area needs to have more light and maintenance. The pop up roster was not working. Bread quality was average. Butter was unbranded and hygiene was pretty ordinary as compared to other areas of the HOTEL SVN GRAND.
Good experience overall. Nothing to complain about the room.

Location wise this establishment is in the business zone, food wise I liked the taste and quality of which I ordered, as service I shall say most of their service staff are trainees and my appreciations to them. Some of the rooms face the rear building and which is in touching distance. Rooms are small but just enough for needs. Linen could have been a bit better, toilet is also small but one can manage. Surprisingly Almirah is too big considering the size of the room. Ac was good. Limited breakfast but tastes good. Overall comfortable.

The room, location and facilities are very good. I am very much satisfied. I want the same facilities again and again whenever I reach SVN Grand.
Faced the problem with Room access card at around 12am. This is very bad experience for me in your HOTEL SVN GRAND. For breakfast, please reduce the cost.

Location wise a good place to stay room service is bad. Opted for extra bed and have to call 4 times to get that bed to the room. Breakfast was good and a must try at this HOTEL SVN GRAND.
Liked the ala carte breakfast water coming from both shower and tap at the same time.

Arrived Kakinada in the morning and was busy in other work. Contacted the HOTEL SVN GRAND over phone and they confirmed booking. Check-in was courteous and speedy. Good food, clean and comfortable room. Good package and value for money.

It was a pleasant stay very near to all the prime location of the city it is preferred staying here next time.
Everything was OK but only the room service be faster normally the service is late apart from this everything perfect.

This is my fourth stay here. That itself says how much I love my stay here. Clean and sophisticated rooms. Great food, warm and helpful staff what else needed. I would rate 5/5 again.
