The location of the Hotel Swagatam International is good, in the sense that the surrounding is peaceful and safe. The rooms are clean. Seemed they prefer to serve the food in the rooms; no issues and service was satisfactory. In spite of the discipline in the wanting visitors, the swimming pool is maintained nicely and is like a oasis there. Food quality is overall satisfactory. The room service attendant appeared friendly to us. Can suggest one improvement point, that their front desk persons or the persons in the reception need some training inputs for developing skills they require for the role they play; they should be neatly dressed matching with the ambiance of the Hotel Swagatam International; people are good. Overall I can say, in a place of this huge pilgrimage visitors this Hotel Swagatam International is good, specially for them who have come for religious tourism .

Location is very good. It’s just walking distance from the main temple and food was also very nice. For foot their hospitality was very well appreciated. Nice food and good service
Stay at this Hotel Swagatam International was pleasant. However I feel that the Hotel Swagatam International authority should be little restricted about the customers they allow in as when I entered the Hotel Swagatam International a group of boys were enjoying themselves at the pool area, but they were extremely loud. They were also having hukka by the corner of the pool. I think these made me little sceptical for my next visit to the Hotel Swagatam International as the family environment got lost and the atmosphere was diluted for this.

It is ok located 10 to 15 mins walking distance from tarapith temple. You can also hire tot o from outside the Hotel Swagatam International. The best part of the Hotel Swagatam International is its food. Quantity and taste is just wow. Service is also good.

It is a very good Hotel. The main attraction of the Hotel Swagatam International is the swimming pool. We enjoyed so much. One thing in swimming pool which is very annoying that they use too much chemical in the pool for that the eyes were burning and the smell is horrible. If you clean the pool everyday instead of putting chemical on it it would be very much appreciated and helpful for the visitor. Staffs are good. Location also good.

Hotel is decent, well located and great staff. We had booked a Non AC deluxe room for 4. Ventilation was not good. Had to open the door for air circulation. But being pool facing there was lot of mosquitoes getting in. For a 4 people room, they should look at better air circulation to make the experience great.

During one day trip I experienced excellent hospitality. Room are spacious, clean. Swimming pool water was clean. Manager and room service boys are very helpful and have great mannerism and the added feather on their cap is their restaurant's food. Which is delicious and value for money.

It was a great experience. The rooms are big and very comfortable. The service is marvelous. The food served in restaurant was also delicious. I shall recommend others to stay here while visiting Tarapith.
