HOTEL SWAGATH GRAND MIRYALAGUDA

Bed and washroom are poor. Not getting hot water. However, food is good. I do not prefer booking the hotel again. Parking place is very minimal.

Room service and food quality need to be improved. Many times the flush does not work properly. Room service boys attend to your request quite late.

Out of 5 rooms booking I checked in 5 rooms, but in 3 rooms booking I checked in 2 rooms only.I have to get refund for one room. Please arrange refund of amount

frequently I visit miryalaguda I prefer This hotel. but this time I was disappointed due to small room. no hot water available. there is bad smell in the room breakfast is average. 🥺

I staid just 1day at there and i kept refund for another day but I didn’t get any response hope I think i get response from them

Need improvement in food quality

Maintenance and services provided in the hotel was not as they mentioned. People were not trained how to talk with customers . Food was tasteless and bathroom door has broken, lock was not working, lights were not working and stains were there in both the room and bathroom. Instead of duvet they r giving single blanket.

Good place to stay with family and friends... very near to bus station...Food is good and very neat and hygiene

On checking, hotel front desk said only room without window available. Onsaying i shall cancel the room, they then gave a room 112. Which was so small no place to walk freely after the double bed. No hot water, for each every amenity like towels, tea bags had to be requested. The bath room hwas so small there is no place enough to stand and shave. It was in clean. The room key had to be changed. The breakfast was so so. For car park they said park on the road side once again on insisting given park in the celler. The blanket was not clean and it was single person blanket only. When twobof us had checked in. First time i had a very bad booking through mmt. Totally disappointed.

Overall the hotel was good. The room allotted was small and without any window and nothing so it felt congested. Rest it was all good

Complementary break fast is excellent. And the room facility also very nice. Overall it is nice and can have great trip again.
