Worst services. Rooms are terrible. Amenities are third class. Do not show this hotel even. The services are terrible when you ask for any services they tell okay that is the service. They're not aware about. I asked for slipper. They don't have the rooms were so smelly. The washroom a terrible not at all clean when I ask for a cup of tea, the cups even wear had stains in it. they started cleaning their cup in front of me with their fingers and it was so costly experience. I would say never recommend this property. thank you.

Food is good... brekfast daily same ..no changes in Belfast which is not good.cleanlinness is good..but today bathroom is not working properly..

dirty, cockroaches roaming here and there, staff particukarly the manage house keeping was so unprofessional. Room was in separreat private building not in swagat grand building.

Checked in at 2:00 AM & checked out at 12 noon.. skipped breakfast as I was tired to wake up. The property I stayed was behind 100-150 metres away from main reception area. Small and clean rooms. Toiletries had only shampoo and soap. No shaving kit or dental kit or comb. Ok for the price paid.

worst experience ever they charged us and demanded extra money for ......no proper room cleaning very unprofessional behaviour and their own protocols ...... argument without clarity, improper information, miscommunication form their side never want to be align with " PLEASE TAKE A REQUIRED AND STRICT ACTION ON THIS "

It was good experience staying at this hotel, convenient location, food is very good, stay was nice, staff cooperative, floating is high, you may feel some sounds in night due to rush location, other wise all good

Service and Breakfast is very good but my only disappointment is the reception staff (lady) she have have over attitude and worst behaviour and her behaviour looks like a boss.

Hot water No n available in the Bathroom. complementary Breakfast coupon Not provided. Got illtreated by the Restarant staff to produce the same. Then had a long conversation with the reception and get the break fast done Pathetic service

I was stayed in 6 days in Swagath Hotel.. Reception was very kindly and diligent.. Hotel room was clean and comfortable The security duty was very nice and Room service was very good... On the check in day hotel has denied to give room due to tariff issue between MMT and Hotel. So I wasted almost 2 hrs in fighting with MMT and Hotel management and finally they gave me one room. Your MMT executive has promise me to give compensation for this loss but nothing has come so far. Next time I will avoid booking through MMT

Rooms don't have much natural lighting. Request for 30 minutes extension of stay for check out was denied outright saying they don't give such extensions to online bookings. Request to start the breakfast buffet early by 10 minutes was also denied.

Facility looks good externally but it's not neat inside. AC wasn't working properly and looks like the room is overly priced. The bathroom was pathetically maintained and looks like a third grade lodge and not a hotel.
