I had booked the accommodation by the MMT app. I had booked a room in the HOTEL SWAGATH GRAND Suchitra as my brother's wedding reception was also in the same HOTEL SWAGATH GRAND Suchitra. I was told I'll have to make an extra payment for real check-in when I called over the phone, which I agreed. The day we reached there, the HOTEL SWAGATH GRAND Suchitra staff was very slow in attending us because I had made an online booking and they were more focused on the payment part than on the hospitality. Finally after the confirmation, we got a room with split beds. I'm traveling with my wife and daughter and they didn't give us a large single bed, even though I had booked for an executive room. I had to manually remove that table between the 2 beds and then join them together. The room had this tiny cockroach too which we were killing in the evening before going to the function. Finally, housekeeping did the rest. Overall it was just above average. It could have been better.

The tariff is a bit high. The location and service are very good. There are lot of sounds from the kitchen and vessels washing place, especially for the rooms which are on the right side of the HOTEL SWAGATH GRAND Suchitra. Also, as there are function halls in the 4th and 5th floors, we have lot of disturbance, sounds of gas cylinders moving, tables etc moving. Till late night around 12 -1 am, these sounds are very disturbing, especially for the 3rd floor rooms.

I was lived in HOTEL SWAGATH GRAND Suchitra from 27 March 17 to 30 march 17, stay is very good, foods good cleanliness good ambience. Foods some costly but after eating you never say costly because taste is very good, serve breakfast also very good. Next time when I come again here must have to live in HOTEL SWAGATH GRAND Suchitra again.

Was here at this HOTEL SWAGATH GRAND Suchitra for 3 days. No doubt this far away from the city but the location suited me to my convenience. The place initially showed 1 star on MMT and I was sceptical but when I each there seemed like it definitely better than 1 star.. And the end of 3 days I would definitely rate it 3 star.

Location is difficult to reach in evening traffic from airport. Can take upto 1 & 1/2 hours. Rooms & bathrooms are clean & well kept. Wifi was a big disappointment. There was no signal available on the 3rd floor (I was in room 302). Breakfast was good. KFC outlet is in the same building if guests want an alternative.

Room size and hygiene is good, toilet may need some improvement regarding sanitary fittings and ventilation. Food is not upto expectation, though their main business is restaurant.
