Hotel Swamiraj Chembur

Hotel swamiraj is located in a good locality and it's a quite nice facility. Car parking is also available. Rooms are spacious - very rare feature in mumbai. Rooms, bathroom and common areas, everything is nice, clean and hygienic. Room amenities are good, no chance to complain. They only lack in service. Reception is not very welcoming, i mean it was not rude or as such but no smile or greeting at all. The restaurant service was also poor. Everything that we ordered was delayed. They almost took double the usual time to bring any dish. Food also was not great. We ordered wheat roti specifically but still we got the maida roti in the name of wheat roti. Chicken starter was tasteless and chewee. Overall not a good experience with the food. If required we will definitely choose this Hotel Swamiraj Chembur again but definitely not going to have any food here.

Smooth checkin and checkout and the i liked the Hotel Swamiraj Chemburs food which was very tasty and reasonable price and only con was that their tv remote doesn't work from every angle we have to place straight to its receptor and remaining every thing was good

Well maintained. Clean rooms. Excellent homely food. However the amenities in the room were not laid completely before we checked in. We had to call the house keeping several times. Tv & kettle in the room wasn’t working. The response was quick though.

Hygiene, rooms and comfort are all check box that they cleared. The rooms were very well maintained and spacious. Even the in-house restaurant serves good food and is nominal in terms of rates. A very good Hotel Swamiraj Chembur to stay in!

Hotel architecture is good. Entrance not as good. Rooms ok but we can have insects. Staff is excellent.
