The accommodation provided by the Hotel Swan Haveli Jaisalmer was good. Free wi fi service. It is within the walking distance of beautiful jaisalmer city. It is near the hanuman chowk main point at jaisalmer. The rooms are fitted with airconditioner and the bathroom is having geyser for hot water in the morning. The bedding provided was good. They serve your meal at your room on just a phone call. The staff of the Hotel Swan Haveli Jaisalmer was coperative. They are building a turban cafe & restaurant at the roof top. The jaisalmer fort is visible from the roof. They need to improve the quality of the food as per their price. Also, the parking space is limited. Overall, it was a good stay at the Hotel Swan Haveli Jaisalmer. Thank you to the staff and management.

Swan haveli is one of the nicest stays i've come across. The rooms are spacious and well maintained and staff is courteous. The host narayan is truly the nicest guy i've come across. He made sure we got checked in early and also let us check-out late. He helped us plan our entire day and ensure we were not tricked by locals. We kept our bags at the Hotel Swan Haveli Jaisalmer and were out to explore jaisalmer the entire day as we had to travel back late in the night. When we came back to the Hotel Swan Haveli Jaisalmer, he gave us a complimentary room to rest and freshen up which was totally unexpected. Thanks for making our stay memorable and i totally recommend people to stay here!

The Hotel Swan Haveli Jaisalmer is appealing, calm and clean. It is located very close to sunset point and comfortable place to stay at walking distance from jaisalmer fort, mandir palace, and patwa ki haveli. As soon as we checked in, chanchal provided us with a map of the city and suggested the places to visit along with do’s and don’ts. The food in the restaurant located on the rooftop was also good. The view of the fort and sunset is spectacular from the roof-top restaurant. I would highly recommend swan haveli to anyone looking for a nice place to stay with family.

I visited jaisalmer and stayed in the Hotel Swan Haveli Jaisalmer with my family. I found the Hotel Swan Haveli Jaisalmer rooms and interior were as per the details provided. The rooms were neat and clean. The Hotel Swan Haveli Jaisalmer manager was very cooperative and nice. In complementary b'fast limited options were available but the taste was delicious. I felt that the cleanliness of the rooms can be improved further and the staff response on call can be improved further.

On our trip to jaisalmer we booked swan haveli as our stay and it was a very pleasant experience staying at this property. The rooms are spacious and clean fitted with all modern amenities. They have a roof top space for dinning which had its own chill vibe and view of the jaisalmer city. The food was really tasty and quantity was great. Overall a great experience and recommended to travelers. Great option for families and group travellers.

i loved staying at Hotel Swan Haveli Jaisalmer swan haveli, jaisalmer. the staff are very courteous and cooperative. ali khan, lal khan they were very helpful. they listen to your small requests and try their best accommodate them. i have staying with my family and i felt really comfortable here. the food was amazing. the room a are clean and comfortable. i definitely recommend this property to everyone. 💗.

The stay was good, the property was very clean and all the facilities were provided. The manager was very welcoming and helpful, but the only concern is about the breakfast which was provided to us, they have mentioned about the buffet breakfast but the proper buffet breakfast was not provided, so the only thing they need to get improved is the beef steak arrangement.

Great place for Solo travelers, friendly staff and nice location.

Everything was good except the mediocre breakfast. Fixed poha with rotating poori sabzi or a loo paratha. Breakfast is served very late around 8. 30 am. No coffee only tea. Soggy toast. Location of Hotel Swan Haveli Jaisalmer is good enough with restaurants and a sunset point nearby

You can see Jaisalmer fort from the balcony of your room. Its near to railway station and airport. Hotel staff will also arrange for you sam sand dunes trip as well.

Staff service is good and rooftop view is so beautiful all over experience is good.

It was a wonderful stay at Hotel Swan Haveli. Its recently renovated. Rooms are king size and clean. Hotel staff is polite specially the restaurant boy Shiva. Food was also good. Place is centrally located with fort and sunset view. Enjoyed our stay

Stay was a bit average. Food was too costly (25rs for just a plain roti is too much. Hospitality was also not up-top the mark. Though Hotel Swan Haveli Jaisalmer facility was clean and rooftop view of fort was great

Our stay was very good. The Hotel Swan Haveli Jaisalmer is nice. Room is specious. Toilet is big and clean. The behaviour of Hotel Swan Haveli Jaisalmer staff is very good. There was a very nice view of sonar kella from Hotel Swan Haveli Jaisalmer's terrace.

Overall all is well, food is very good, lactation is not bad but so so…
