Hotel Swarn

Rooms were clean, but fumigation not done properly as insests were there crawling on the room. Towels weren't clean and rooms had no proper ventilation and no outside view available. They had a unique system of not serving breakfast in the room and will ask for buffet. Buffet food were cold and the table used for seating weren't clean.

I found about this property through make my trip. I went to the reviews where recent staying persons reviewing the Hotel Swarn as a good one to stay. It has very short distance from ranchi railway station and standard ac room was very nice. Hotel members are friendly and helping. Thank you.

Nice Hotel Swarn, with good cleanliness. Staff behaviour is good. The room was good enough and was big and clean. My experience was good. The Hotel Swarn entrance was very good. The quality of the blanket was not that good. It was a totally good experience.

Hotel swarna location are good area. Hotel swarna neat and clean. But bathroom bucket and mug not clean. Please clean this.
