property location is good. near to railway station.Food served in room.amenities are good.

position is good, near to Ranchi railway station, service is good but there is no lift which may be troublesome for eged people. Otherwise ok.

on mmt commitment,not to received same rooms, conversation to mmt, totally ignored him.this time, totally Worst Experience..MMT

nice stay, staff behaviour were good, car parking were a bit problem, narrow road to enter into the hotel and underground parking is also narrow. No own restaurant, although 1-2 small restaurants are there just opposite of the hotel but food quality were not up to the mark but economic. we got small room but my other colleagues were in a good and big room. Overall it was a quick and good stay near station area, market is nearby.

The hotel is very near to Railway Station which is really convenient. The Road of this hotel has many other hotels and eating places and tea stalls. The staff of the Hotel is Nice and polite. We booked a Non AC room which was really good. It was spacious, had an attached balcony, table, wardrobe and it was nice and clean. Bathroom was also clean and had gyeser. The only thing that i have seen is this hotel, is it doesn't have lift. So if anyone staying at 3rd floor and had problem with climbing stairs can request for room in lower levels. As per hotel displaed the room was so so, n the bed sheet, Blankets, n pillow to old Smells very bad n Electric fitting s are lose

Very good accommodation with geyser. Staffs are good and well in behavior.

If you are visiting with your family don't book this hotel. Even they see you with your child and parent, you have to give a full long interview. Rooms are not clean. Tap and geyser in the bathroom are broken however hot water was coming, no night lamp in the room. Food rate is higher than jharkhand tourism hotel rate. Ok for 1 night stay. We stayed in room 101. Though it is a double bed room still they took booking for 3 adult and 1 child. No extra matress given.

Location is at prime position. Ac room accommodation was good but non ac room on the ground floor is at all not up to the quality that we deserve, booking through mmt.

Nice hotel, with good cleanliness. Staff behaviour is good. The room was good enough and was big and clean. My experience was good. The hotel entrance was very good. The quality of the blanket was not that good. It was a totally good experience.

The rooms are big but the cleanliness is missing. Sofa broken, dusty. The wardrobes are dusty too and not usable. On long power outages, no warm water from geyser in the winter is horrible.

The room was not clean and the blankets were very untidy. Not enough light and air was available in the room. Gidser was not running all the time. Services was very much unsatisfactory.

It's a good place to stay with family and friends. The service is good and also the hotel staffs are helpful.

I have booked a non-ac room with western type comode but hoe l management provided indian style, after lot of conversation we get ewstern style after 7hrs.

Hotel swarna location are good area. Hotel swarna neat and clean. But bathroom bucket and mug not clean. Please clean this.

Room are not clean ac not working each time time to start. Water issue every day call to start water. Room not hygienic. Very horrible experience.

I found about this property through make my trip. I went to the reviews where recent staying persons reviewing the hotel as a good one to stay. It has very short distance from ranchi railway station and standard ac room was very nice. Hotel members are friendly and helping. Thank you.
