HOTEL SWARNA RESIDENCY

The reception staff who was female handed me my room key after asking for id card. No room boys at all. I took the luggage myself to my room. The room of about 30-35 square feet was so small. I felt uncomfortable. Food is not available at this HOTEL SWARNA RESIDENCY. Not even drinking water. The air-conditioner is Mitsubishi and led TV was sony. All channels in most languages were available. The bed is of short length only around 5 and half feet. It was difficult to sleep properly on it. There is mosquito menace from 5 pm. The fan if you at 2nd degree speed, you can feel the low height ceiling of your room, making so much noise as if its going to crash down. I guess the ceiling is not concrete but ply wood. The air-conditioner worked fine. Toilet had shower but i never got hot water. Room service number is 200. Free 20 MBPS WiFi provided.
Single ac room. Now thats too tiny for anyone. No room boys at all. Its opposite to joy Alukkas flats, the Gold tower. The place is at chembukavu, Vazhakala in Ernakulam North. Ola and swiggy is rampant throughout the day. The ernakulam town (north) railway station is approximately 5 km from this HOTEL SWARNA RESIDENCY. The KSRTC bus stand too is located opposite the railway station. There is a prepaid auto service at the rail station. The Lulu mall at edapally is also at a 5 km distance. People here are busy as well as friendly.

Should check the room allotted before checking in, my first room had a window through which rain water keeps seeping in, and had company of Al lot of cockroaches and some lizards. But the staffs were so cooperative that they instantly changed the room for me.

Really had a pleasant staying there for the 2nd time and being a small Hotel Residency, all basic facilities like having food and travelling to other places are the biggest plus point. Thank you and it was wonderful staying there.

Had a wonderful Weekend. Car parking was a little bit toughest task. Stay was good. Good room But somewhere there are cockroaches inside the room. But comparatively. Stay was cheap. I and my friend enjoyed the stay.

In general the Hotel is ok and located in a nice neighborhood. Rooms are too small bedsheets needs some attention. Insectcides and window mesh is a must. But for the price I paid, can't complain

It was so great. The reception sister is so kind and friendly and the room boy too. It was a wonderful stay, nice rooms, wash areas. Overall its good.

Good friendly staff. Small room but having all facilities spacious bathroom. Only problem faced is no walking space in the room. But value for money

The room was small and a bit dirty, but the washrooms were really cleaned well. Good for solo travelers who want to stay for a night or two.
