Unprofessional, lazy staff didn't even bother to switch on the room's TV, unwillingly handed over the AC remote though. Filthy, torn pillows and pillow covers. The room was unavailable instead they insisted on using the downstairs restaurant. Every morning their question was when we were checking out. Absolutely pathetic experience.

Hotel Swastika Inn old digha was the worst hotel I visited.The room that I booked I didn't get that.The services and the facilities that I should get none of them were present.The behavior of the staffs were not good and well mannered.Toilet conditions was not good, toilet seat was broken.The services were so bad that I had to leave the hotel 2nd day morning though having our booking for another day.The room was full of mosquitoes,for this reason we asked for a mosquito coils but it was also not provided. It was a very bad experience .Due to this reaso I had to lost ₹2000 and also suffered.
