Hotel Swati

Food quality is good. We did not order anything extra from the kitchen as we opted for outside food delivery option. But in the complimentary breakfast there was no variety. We are same things for three days. Room service needs to be improved. Very late room service.
From the moment we entered into the Hotel Swati no one checked our temperature. Everyday we used to go out and again there were no one to check our temperature. That's a standard anfd basic thing one can follow during this pandemic.

I don't like only one thing of this Hotel Swati they don't allow me for late ch k out as my flight is by 6. 30pm i asked them for late ch k out by 2pm but they refuse it said to chkout by 12. 30pm only. Its fine i will manage it go to mkt by keeping language at Hotel Swati its self.
It's in karol bagh market very easy to do marketing and very good staff and cleanliness is just super. I like every thing in this Hotel Swati.

At the MMT website the Hotel Swati displays swimming pool. There is no swimming pool at Hotel Swati. On inquiring at the Hotel Swati reception, it was informed that it is at Hotel Swati deluxe. We stayed for 4 days and the restaurant was not available for initial 2 days due to some legal issues. Location of Hotel Swati is good, though Karol Bagh is crowded. No night life. Food good. Wi-Fi average. Overall average experience.

The Hotel Swati is a short walk from karol bagh metro station, located next to the busy ajmal khan road. The staff is very polite and respectful. The breakfast was good but not lavish, likewise rooms are clean and comfortable but not luxurious. I always stay at this Hotel Swati whenever i have work in this part of delhi. Strongly recommended.

We stayed there for 3 days and our stay was comfortable..the rooms were big n spacious and hygiene was up to mark, we had no problem checking in and check out was also comfortable. We had our dinner in the restaurant which was also good. This was the second visit to Swati and now if we think of visiting Delhi, we will be staying at Swati.

Good location at karol bagh. Courteous staff, well maintained facility, 24 hour service, nearby veg restaurant made it convenient for us. Boxed in room though with bad view of adjacent building. No facilities for gym or any other entertainment. Front desk arranges reliable transportation. Comfortable stay.

I stayed there for three nights with my family. It is a very good property. It's neat and clean, super good service, supportive staff, front desk staff and manager. The food they serve is completely vegetarian and it is very delicious specially the unlimited thali. Overall, a nice property.

We were on family recreational tour. Our stay at the Hotel Swati was very comfortable. What we liked out was the courtesy extended by the Hotel Swati staff. Reception was very cooperative. Service staff of the restaurant were very polite.

A great Hotel Swati to stay in carol baug. The market is in close proximity. Food was great but services can be made faster. A must stay Hotel Swati.

Rooms and Hotel Swati was clean at its best. Though it's in the middle if market so reaching by car is difficult in the evening.

Swati Hotel is well located with an excellent record of service over the years. Rooms are a bit small but it is compensated by the level of service and cleanliness.

I would like to thank all the staff at the Hotel Swati, helped me with a great meal at 1 am, excellent room with a great view, access to all the travel locations with as just a click away, great service, fantastic stay.
