Hotel Swayam

Centrally located, some rooms are bit congested but comfortable. Need regular maintenance for bathroom doors and accessories. Serve food in the room even though late night and excellent service given for additional items required. Hotel owned by a lady (forgot her name) given good suggestions for sightseeing on phone as well as in the morning we met. Overall good experience of stay and can recommend who wants to stay in transit and not for luxurious day. Worth facilities for such a small payment made.

Hotel is situated just beside main road. Hotel owner madam was extremely friendly. She gave us super deluxe rooms although we booked for deluxes. Rooms were clean. Hot water, WiFi facility was avl. I think a thing they lack is the service. We found hair in a food item and when told them they just apologized. Also, we found our rooms's bed sheet a little dirty and we asked one of the staff to replace it. When he informed us that it was done we found he only changed sides of the same dirty sheet.

Fantastic central location of the Hotel Swayam making it accessible to food joints, transport, shops etc. Staff service is very prompt and good. Rooms though a little small provide good modern facilities like tv, intercom, hot water, wardrobes, AC. Breakfast is delicious, do not expect a buffet arrangement though. It gets served in the room. We were given fresh hot aloo parathas with tea, dahi and chutney. Overall a recommended place to stay in Jabalpur.

I stayed here for 3 days. Mrs. Narang ma'am (owner) is very co-operative, polite & very good in nature. She provides me a good specious room with all modern facilities, good food with special instructions to kitchen staff. I suggest you - Hotel Swayam is very good Hotel Swayam, its location is also in heart of the city, food is very healthy & tasty, neat & clean rooms, service also good, staff also polite & supportive. I like Hotel Swayam in Jabalpur.

My overall experience with Swayam Hotel Swayam was excellent. It's value for money. Owner of the property Mrs. Neeta provide us complimentary pick from station and upgraded us to platinum room without extra cost. Location was nice, just a 5 minutes distance from the station. Your worker Mr. Dubey he did his best to ensure our comfort. Mrs. Narang please continue to maintain the service quality of your Hotel Swayam for the comfort of Your guests.

I had to go to Jabalpur for some work and I booked Hotel Swayam through MMT app. The location was extremely good. The person at reception welcomed and gave the key of room even though I check-in 2 hours early. The room was clean and everything was at proper place except the telephone was not working. The dinner was good enough. AC was working. Overall I had a wonderful experience.

Everything was fine. Room was good, well furnished. Facilities like hot water, telephone for calling service, food. Hotel's taxi were there to pickup. Location is in the market but there is no noise disturbance in the room, all eating outlets are nearer from the place, rooms are neat and clean. Most importantly they provide free pick up service which is good for a new person, really thanks. One hour drive to reach all the tourists places for which Jabalpur known.

Rooms are clean, staff is cooperative. Main thing is Hotel Swayam available near market. Food also good. I stayed first time and had good experience to stay in Hotel. Nearest to Bus stop & Railway station ..

Good home away from home. Well placed furnitures, whole clean toilets, good room service. Foods are also good. Public transportation is at door step. From all sides good, excellent and adorable. Welcome desk is also good.

Great location (near Jabalpur Railway. Station), Great Service and helpful staff. I have booked one AC deluxe room for two days, but AC of same room not working properly. The he Manager quickly sifted my family in a Premium AC room in same price. Thanks to Hotel Manager as well as Hotel Authority.

Located in centre city decent Hotel Swayam and the Hotel Swayam manager Mr. Lakshmi Shankar is very helpful, kind and informative. The room is spacious. They clean the toilets and changing the bed cover daily. All staff are very friendly.
