familyRecently i stayed in this hotel with my family. I visited due to medical treatment at jrh. As compared to the price of the hotel, my experience was average. The room was not clean. The mini refrigerator was old and not clean. The furnitures were outdated. The ac was good. The bedsheet they provided was not clean. The cupboard was also not clean. No blanket was provided. The hotel attendees behavior was good. As most of the time i was away, it didn't impact me that much. I think at this price, they could offer much better service. Overall the stay was average

I did hotel booking believing quality service by mmt, however i was proven wrong. While had paid hotel accommodation rent in advance and having confirmation booking pnr by mmt, hotel denied our check-in. They had no clue in regards to our booking. As per hotel staff they had no update on our booking confirmation of mmt. Mmt call centre is worst. They don't pick call. Calls are diverted to automated and get suddenly drop. Still awaiting for my refund

Good for families

Located in the center of Mumbai and opposite to the Maratha Mandir Cinema, it is a very good property for family stay. I stayed here with my family and the property is great in terms of cleanliness. I just faced problems in fooding as they do not have any fooding facility so we have to go out to restaurants for the same. Other than that it was a good stay for me.

Not at all happy with the hotel

The hotel was very bad when I entered the hotel it was full of mosquitoes. There was also no amenities like soap, shampoo, oil, comb etc. Which are generally available if we are booking a hotel. Toilet ceiling was full of fungus, there was also no towel and shower was also not working. I am really disappointed.

Worst stay ever

Would not stay in free also in property like this. The room was all stinking. The washroom was not hygienic at all. The room size and quality of everything did not match the pricing at all. The bed-sheet was torn. It was the worst stay of my life. Regret that make my trip deals in such properties also.
