Spacious, well-maintained, comfortable bed, quality linens, great bathroom amenities. Staff: welcoming, helpful, attentive, went above and beyond to assist with requests. Location: convenient to attractions, easy access to public transportation, food & beverage: delicious breakfast options, quality restaurant on-site, great bar selection. The stay and service was good. Breakfast these days are being served to room which makes it hard to ask for refills via reception now and then, also food quality seems to have been reduced. Their menu this way has been shortened due to room service of breakfast, someday s they don't provide juice options as well. During our next stay, we are planning to avoid opting for the breakfast option due to the reduced quality and the menu items.

The Hotel Symphony Inn is good and at heart of the city. There is a restaurant at ground floor from which food can be ordered after 11:00am. The housekeeper staff should look and change dirty bed sheets and the water kettle in the room was not cleaned for few days. Rest the Hotel Symphony Inn and staff are good. Yubraj night staff was helpful with housekeeping.

Reception experience is good. Easy to locate the Hotel Symphony Inn. For food there is a resturant owned by other person. Number of room boys are less ie. Two only. So some delay will be there or no reaction. We have to remind reception for more than one time, for getting required service.
