Location: the HOTEL TAJ INN is situated near civil lines, and is well-connected with ample parking space. Food: reasonably priced. Well cooked. Also provide room service till 10:30pm. Rooms: the rooms were spacious and clean, although they smelled a bit on opening. However, that problem was adequately taken care of by the staff proactively. Lack of open-able windows in the rooms on the ground floor can make it a bit muggy and dull. But that was not a major issue. Rooms and the washrooms were generally clean. Amenities & services: comfortable stay. The staff is polite and proactive. Drivers are given a separate room with attached bath.

The stay was comfortable and the staff was cordial and very helpful. Would recommend it for a comfortable and safe stay. The food was also good and the best part is that we reported the staff that we would be moving early, so the staff arranged for an early breakfast and that too well on time. It was rather a surprise for us as we never expected it.

The HOTEL TAJ INN is accessible very easily and is located in a peaceful location moreover the breakfast is served in your room which is very essential in these covid times. Very cooperative staff. Would advise others to give a try.

The HOTEL TAJ INN is arranged on three floors, without a lift. On the ground floor, apart from the reception, there is a comfortable lounge where you can sit and drink tea, or just read. There is also a splendid terrace, where, you can relax and immerge yourself from morning onwards in the atmosphere of Venetian daily life.

Property is good, location site good, no traffic, noise pollution. Ample parking space. Staff also soft spoken. But the room tariff is bit higher, it shouldn't be more. Don't take with breakfast package. You may find cheaper than offered. If I get good offer, then I will prefer to stay always.

Very nice HOTEL TAJ INN , spacious rooms only needed small changes such as good housekeeping as commode seats and washbasin was dirty, Restaurant menu was very limited and very high pricing, Above room entrance door there was no curtain so in the night lobby light was very embarrassing.

I booked this room for my friends to stay on my wedding day. I booked 9 rooms for total of around 25 people. (including couple). They provided me very positive feedback of the HOTEL TAJ INN . Staff was very good, rooms are very clean, and food was also delicious.

Stay was not ok first ac was not working then phone was not working they should maintain. Rooms are good but HOTEL TAJ INN needs more maintenance and facility. Overall was good is only room service and staff
