The hotel has direct access to the beach which is the only positive. Cleanliness is okay can be a lot better. Since its a govt run hotel there are a lot of things that can be improved. They serve breakfast and dinner. Both are average.

Excellent 😘 resort in mahabalipuram with poor maintenance 😑 very good location. reasonable price. tasty food. everything is good except maintenance. lot of mosquitoes. ac remote not working, telephone not working. if they maintain everything properly, they will be the number 1

My stay at TTDC was below average due to the service and room itself. I had booked double room for my stay but i did upgrade it to deluxe double room but the room was not clean stinky and lots of mosquitoes. I asked the room service for mosquitoe bat or coil in the night but I wasn’t provided with anything. Very bad maintenance Of room’s. Apart from food and beach room services and room itself is not good. No value for money

The room was very average — both the AC and fan were not working properly, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable. The food was also just okay, nothing great. The only positive part was the beach-facing view, which was really nice and relaxing. Overall, the location is good but the maintenance and service need improvement.

What we liked the most was view from the room. Direct beach access was so convenient and senior citizen & kids can enjoy beach without hassle of going out. Food was good but they did not give spoons and bowls without asking multiple times. Dosa corner was best, fresh and delicious dosas were made and served immediately. Now the room which was just ok. Ac and wifi was not working, after informing the staff they said they can't do anything about it. Go there just for the sea view rooms without expecting any service otherwise you will highly disappointed..

Booked two rooms. Both rooms basically Good, rooms are neat. Everything works fine from ac, wifi to remotes. Last night we had issues with tv. Swimming pool water was good with minimal chlorine suitable for kids as well. Night dinner can be bit better.
