Hotel Tara Palace by Goyal Hoteliers

The booking is done hence they have not provided a clean room. It seems the room was not utilized for quite sometime. over all cleaning issue in passage, restaurant is observed. Service is not good.

this is the worst stay I have had as a traveller. their toilet didn't have a lid. the flush didn't work. they didn't provide towels or any toiletries. the sheets were not clean and there were pan stains all over the room. and no power plug near the bed. it was a full house of bad experiences

cleaning or bathroom dekhne layak bhi nhi he , appko ek hotel me jo suvidha chahiye rehti he to 19-20 fark ho to chalta he , but yaha ek chiz bhi dhang se nhi he, bathroom me pani nhi he, uske nal tuthe hue he garam pani ke naam pe bewkoof banaya jata he room cleaning ke naam pe kuch bhi nhi or bohot kuch ye

Hot water was not available in our room. Jet spray was not working properly. Cleanliness in bathroom was not good; it was smelling.

2 ROOMS:Tripple Bed Executive Room.No power socket points were working. Pics shown in are different from actual place. Wall paints and were coming off. No electric Kettle were there in room. Bathroom is worst of all, very unhygienic. Bathroom exhaust were terminated at Corridor. Old Bedsheets were provided. Basin had cracks. I dobut if an earthquake hits the area then the Building will collapse as roof of building was in broken condition

The hotel stay was terrible washrooms look like they have never been washed since day one.pathetic bed linens the rooms were gloomy and full of cockroaches the bathroom mats were so much soiled that my already dirty feet got more dirty .The water supply stopped for 1 hour in the morning because of which my total plan got rescheduled and was about to miss my train.Total disaster room

Terrible stay at this Tara Palace I run short of words to explain how disgusting my experience was here.Toilets look like they have never been washed since they built this hotel and there was no water supply for 1 hour which completely destroyed because of waiting and there is no lift in the hotel.Bedspreads are never washed they look like it has never seen detergent and water in its whole life.Totally waste of money and time if u r looking for this property for your stay in Agra

I recently stayed at this hotel and the experience was shockingly bad from start to finish. For the price they charge, the quality is nowhere close. 1. Dirty & poorly maintained rooms The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly for weeks, especially the washroom. Dust on every surface, stains on the bedsheets, and an odd smell that never went away no matter how long the door was kept open. 2. Unprofessional staff with zero accountability Every request felt like I was disturbing them. I asked twice for fresh towels and got them after almost one hour. The reception staff seemed disinterested and barely helpful. 3. Terrible bathroom conditions The bathroom was the biggest disappointment • Weak water pressure • No heater • Mold in the corners • Smelled similar to septic tank Completely unacceptable. 4. Misleading photos & false promises Nothing looked like the pictures online. The rooms are much smaller, older, and poorly maintained. It feels like the photos are from when the hotel first opened years ago. 5. Worst value for money For what they charge, this place doesn’t even compete with basic budget properties. You’re better off staying literally anywhere else nearby. Overall, my stay was frustrating, uncomfortable, and far below expectations. I would strongly advise travellers to avoid this hotel until they make serious improvements in cleanliness, staff training, and basic upkeep.

Not at all good hotel in the matter of cleanliness. Not provided hot water. Heaps of garbages accumulated in the doorway of the room.

The facilities were disappointing. The room and bathroom were not clean, the air conditioner didn’t work, and there was no hot water available. Additionally, there was no mug provided in the toilet, which made the stay uncomfortable.

Location was good, but food, amenities and services were very bad. No drinking water provided, soap ,colgate also not provided. Bed and room condition also not good.

My family suffered for Hot water for bathing. Also suffered for towels shortages during stay. Along with hotel main window glasses very dirty and cracked. A bad small coming in side the room. The moral of stories comes out its very painful

I made the online booking at said Hotel , But after reaching the hotel owner said he also booked the room from his side just now therefore room is not available . However he informed us that he would provide rooms in new hotel at near by place which is better than this hotel , we did not have the option so we went to new hotel around 1km with the family . To our surprise the hotel is more than worst and no amenities/ cleanliness / worst food / worst room service etc . It was terrible experience and request everyone that never book Tara palace hotel or its refered Hotel . We request Makemy trip to return money against said booking (I booked 2 rooms from my make my trip account )

The hotel doesn't provide basic amenities like water kettle, toiletries. we even asked steam iron to iron our clothes but the staff simply said no. they told usbthat they do not provide such things. The buffet contains only 3 items which that they do not have either spoon or sometimes serving spoons. they provide milk tea in open both kettle. It feels like we stayed in Dharamshala or lodge

Hotel staff behaviour is very nice but Washroom was Damaged and Good location of hotel near walking distance of taj mahal east gate

jitna likha waisa kuch bhi nahi, bas taj mahal k pass hy, ghatiya service ghatiya rooms ghatiya bathroom aur usse bhi jada ghatiya khana, puri pr machar chipka hua plates pr oil laga hua aur poha aisa jaise 3 din ka basa ho.

Although it was a 3 star hotel but their facility was very good. Hotel’s provides all the things which I needed. I was stayed alone in this hotel for 2 night for my business work. I realized that, those people who were said that the hotel was worst and dirty, It’s nothing like what you might think. It was a great hotel. Highly recommend! Thank you Agra team for my stay comfortable and relaxable.

Humble request to all of you who have come to this review section kindly do book this hotel reviews on this are fake nothing mentioned in the reviews are ture they dont have proper service arrogant staff no manner nothing i asked for water at night i had to the personally go and collect the water after 3rd time telling them to send no buffet system they have fixed menu with fixed quantity room are not at all cleaned i request please avoid booking stay over here not at all good choice
