Property is not on road, it is in street approx 100 meter in, faced problem to find it. amenities are not available in the room, towel was dirty, services are good but breakfast is room service, and not satisfactory

The rooms are quite ok but the staff is very uncooperative. We reached the hotel around 9 and asked for a room they didn't give us the room before 12 at all and we asked if we can check out by 1 pm instead of 12. They simply said they will charge for 1 night which i found very rude
