I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. The bedsheets were clearly not clean and looked like they hadn’t been changed in a while. To make matters worse, my room had insects crawling around — I spotted crickets and even spiders, which made it impossible to relax or sleep comfortably. This level of hygiene is completely unacceptable.
