I had traveled alone to Agra and decided to stay in Hotel Ten Square. The Hotel is quite close by from Taj Mahal along with a few eateries like Mcdonald and some India restaurants. The Hotel is relatively new and hence the rooms are clean and spacious. Some of the rooms do not have windows and hence can become claustrophobic for some. I stayed only for a day hence my stay was comfortable and decent. I decided not to take breakfast along with any Hotel service considering the reviews.

We booked 2 superior rooms for 3 nights during our family trip to Agra. Location is very close to Taj Mahal one end gate. Room quality and amenities- since I am frequent traveler across India, I can say rooms are very clean, spacious, well maintained. Good wifi speed. Food is tasty and fresh ingredients. Breakfast is tasty but options limited, which could be improved. Overall this Hotel Ten Square is very good, and fares better than even other 4 star Hotel Ten Squares in Agra.

Location is good. Room is good. After a Long journey from Kolkata, when we reached we found no water. Next day some water came but not sufficient. Cause is plumbing problem. One bucket was provided. We checked out early and requested for breakfast but not provided. Went strictly by rule. We booked for three water bottles were provided for two. When asked for a bottle of water they simply refused despite booking showing three people.

The Hotel Ten Square is very nice in terms of safety as well as it's very clean, reception staff was very nice in behaviour even allowed us one hour early check-in, 24 hour you will find hot water there, even their service and staff is really supportive. At 5am we asked them tea packs and sugar they provided it within 2 minutes. Overall our experiance was very nice.

As per my review, I can say this Hotel Ten Square is very good. Very clean and beautifully decorated rooms. Bathroom was sparkling clean. Food in restaurant was pleasing to our taste. Staff was very professional. Actually facilities provided are in match to other 5 star Hotel Ten Squares of Agra in which I have stayed earlier. Recommended without any doubt.

Comfortable safe stay. Staff was prompt with services having friendly approach. They maintain hygiene and cleanliness ensuring great satisfaction in all areas of property extending from entrances to workout facilities. Dining and banqueting services were excellent. Room decor including sanitisation was done up to mark.

Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. I stayed in executive suite. Before you book remember this room has not windows or natural light source. Overall the room is good and if you are not claustrophobic you can definitely stay as Hotel Ten Square and room is clean food is moderately priced and has varied option.
