THAMLA HAVELI - Heritage Lake View Hotel

Staff is supportive but the worst thing is their food is very costly and not up to the mark for example - 1 Pepsi teen is for 220rs I was shocked to see that really not acceptable. If you are going for a stay you can go, no issue, but don’t eat anything in this restaurant or else you will have to pay a huge bill.

Food is good to have, location is very very comfortable to reach all points and facilities are very very good as mentioned

Considering its good lake side location, very lax staff and poor wifi, unstable or does not work in the lower part of the building. Roof top restaurant gives a good view of Lake Pichola. Rooms and bathrooms need significant improvement.

Superb View Fantastic Services....We reached the venue at midnight 3 am but yet they were very prompt about their services

If you are travelling with your own car don’t go there as very narrow street to reach at hotel , car hardly can go through. No parking facility. Very deep in interior. Very average rooms & cleanliness. It is not as good as it is looking in photos .

I highly recommend the hotel Amar kothi because of its clean and comfortable room, top notch amenities and their staff is very attentive and Shaitan Singh in reception is very supportive....

Poor room service getting a good service, When I reached to hotel there was no dental kit, no water bottle. Also I was told that today they will not serve food because of lot of customers but they could have allowed me to order food from zomato

very terrible experience , to many insects in room including lizards and bed bugs, no hot water, exhaust fan was not working, room service not responding.

No hot water, no exhaust fan, no jet spray toilet was smelling like anything in lake view room very very terrible experience not recommended to anyone

Room size was very small, also you can see moisture on walls in room no chair, no almirahs even though water is provided on demand for drinking.

Very bad staff, no parking, no food, no reception, no one answers calls, no one answers any emergency, not good at all for the family, hotel staff interferes with guest's privacy, charges guest for property damage and makes money there is less to take

It's a good lake view property in budget with beautiful rooftop restaurant where u can have lunch or dinner. They provide basic toiletry like soap, body wash and shampoo and towel to. There staff was good to.

Location is nice but the services are pathetic. No early morning bed tea. Kitchen operates after 8. You can avail similar properties with good services in the same location.
